4 people in Spectrum uniforms, only 2 actually dealing with customers, 2 just walking round talking and doing nothing. Slow, terrible customer service. To replace broken Spectrum equipment I shouldn't need to wait 1 1/2 hours when the store isn't even busy.

Place is very clean. But, it is so ridiculous to be waiting for almost 2 hours to be taken care.

The worst customer service. Knowing that they had 10 people waiting the reduce the staff helping customers from 3 to 2 and had two additional staff in the chatting having a good time and took them approximately 30 min to log in to before they started to help customers. On average for a 5 min. Transaction you need to wait 60 min.

Flawless, professional, and clean store. Jonathan who helped me was making time fly keeping conversation and not only just to try to sell and promote, But to start a great new relationship through Spectrum, especially from me, since I moved from CT.
