Terrible. Walked in and the employee immediately told us in a very rude tone that he was making ALOT OF SUBS AND IT WAS GOING TO BE AWHILE. Basically, he told us to leave if we didn't have a pickup order.

We had a terrible experience at this Subway! We ordered online, and upon pick up were told they were out of "almost everything," including lettuce. No refund was offered at the time, and no refund has been given after I contacted management. Our sandwhiches were terrible(see photo). I understand that things happen, but canceling my order & refunding would have been the right thing to do here.

Don’t bother coming here. Majority of the times they “run out of bread” or have “too many orders” and lock the doors. Worst customer service on the planet.

Was a hit or miss, the one person must have been training the other because they had no clue what they were doing. The register with checkout was a hot mess. The other person had to stop what they were doing and help out. Was a busy day. Food was typical.

Got to the store around 7:30. The door was locked even though the sign said open. Upon knocking, I was told I can't order in store and need to go on the app to place an order to pick up. Never heard someone turn back a customer who is at your door to a website to order. Never coming back again!

Said they wouldn't serve us because they had a big online order which they apparently prioritize over us, literally the only customers in their store. Thanks for nothing!!!

I visited this store 1/21/24 around 8pm and they had no bread for subs. Store hours are listed until 11pm.I revisited tonight 1/22/24 around 830pm and the door is locked, the worker stated they are only doing online orders.This will be the last time I visit Subway. You would think for a restaurant chain who is struggling financially they would up the game. Very excited for Jersey Mike's to open at Celebration Pointe!!!

When me and my family entered, we were told “only cash and we have no change”.. he said we had the option to order online. I proceeded to order our food online. Two other gentleman walked in and paid with cash and to my surprise, they got their change back. I wasted 5-10 minutes ordering our food online because “they didn’t have change” but the people after us got their change back. Two other people came in and they were told the same thing which made them leave. Idk but it just seems like they don’t wanna work. Honestly it’s a shame and should be entirely unacceptable.

Submitted my order online. Once I tried to go into the store and add a meal to it so they wanted to charge me eight dollars for chips and a drink when adding a meal to a sub is $3.40. Their other option was canceling my order re-ringing it in in the store at full price, which would again cost me more than what it would’ve cost me originally. this is an acceptable customer service. Will not be coming back.
