They delivered my prescriptions, I didn’t even know that was a thing!! I switched here from cvs and I do not regret it. They are always so helpful. I hope it doesn’t change.

Sunrise pharmacy is the worst. Bad customer service. My mother needed her pain medication due to her muscular Cancer. Saturday was put in by her PC and today is Tuesday and their excuse is the driver has problem . As a profesional establishment you’re dealing with medications that can be life or death and your sole responsibility is to ensure that the patient has there medication delivered to them. Have a mechanical back up plan because that’s unacceptable.

Staff has gone out of their way to deliver a needed medication, that I didn't realize I was out of. At my door 90 minutes after I spoke with them. I was blown away !!

I don’t know why I haven’t made them my preferred pharmacy this whole time dealing with the long lines at CVS across the street. Amazing customer service, super quick, friendly, and convenient! I was in and out within a few minutes.

I’ve tried since Thursday the 5th to have 2 Prescriptions delivered. Each time I called I was told they’re out for delivery. The last call I made was on Saturday morning, I was told t together would be HERE today!!! To this day the 9th We have not received prescriptions nor a phone call stating as to why the prescriptions have not made it to its destination. I am from out of town and truly not pleased with the way you all handled this.

Pharmacy needs to be more organized and needs an online pay bill system. Got a call from the pharmacy asking for a payment that was already paid via Bank of America (BillPay- Cfm # TCRHJ-JWD15). The bank prepared a check, then send it to their mailing address, 4543 Pleasant Hill Rd. The person that spoke to me stated that they don't use that service which is very obvious that She doesn't know how bill pays banking works. I explained to the lady many times how it works and sent her emails with proof of payment, but she insisted that they don't receive the payment. I am pretty sure they were expecting a check with my name. The delivery guy showed up at my house to drop off the next month's refill, and I also already made the payment via Bill Pay to be received in a couple of days. She asked the guy not to drop the medication, stating that I didn't make the payment. How is possible that someone facing customers doesn't know how bill mailing payments work? They wanted me to give them my credit card by phone, which is not safe because the first time I gave my billing info, they cleared the payment two weeks later, which was a red flag asking my self where they wrote down that credit card number, to then clear the payment two weeks later after we spoke? NEVER give credit card numbers by phone to ANYBODY, is not safe. Whoever managed the situation is not competent enough to understand their customers. This is the 20 century people. My doctor told me that he won't be sending more prescriptions to their pharmacy. Up to you!Update from provider: "We have other options of payments we offered to you and unfortunately they do not work for you. "Answer: Only other options was to pay by phone with a credit card as mentioned in my review. Billing an insurance over $600.00 for my prescriptions but rather prefer to let it go for $40.00 instead of having the right tools that allow your deliveries drivers to collect digital payments at the moment of delivering the meds is a lack of vision. Very nice staff. They could be a little more better at communication if there is going to be a delivery problem, though. Definitely recommend! Only place that has ever had my meds in stock to fill.

I originally had my prescription sent to a different pharmacy that was horrible did not communicate what so ever and When they did after 1 week it was to tell me my insurance didn’t cover the medication and i had to pay $700. I then checked my options and that’s when I came across Sunrise Pharmacy. I explained my issue and they took action right away. They contacted my dr which was super difficult to get in touch with they also reach out to my insurance to see what other options i can take. Honestly the experience in the beginning was super hectic until I contacted sunrise pharmacy. Melody was very informative I felt 100 percent in the loop the entire time. With all her help my medication was delivered right to my door step. She is completely amazing and made me feel she cared about my situation 100 percent . Thank you so much I will Definitely recommend Sunrise Pharmacy and will continue to be a customer from here on out !

I usually dont write reviews, but in these difficult times you must give gratitude to those who help. My mother is 80 years old and as her caregiver was having a hard time getting her daily prescription medications. I called the pharmacy and a nice lady answered the phone by the name of Melodie. I explain to her the hard time I was having getting my mothers prescription sent over from the doctors office. She placed me on hold and called the doctors office directly. In a matter of few hours she called me back with the news that the doctor had responded back and sent over all my mothers daily medication. This might not seem a lot to others but to me my mother was an angel sent from heaven. We are very grateful thank you Melodie.
