But I wanted to take a moment to recognize Zorina from the bakery, who served me on the evening of February 18th, around closing time., I was again blown away by her warm greeting and exceptional service. She really took the time to notice me, offer personalized help, and just exuded a genuine kindness. I really hope management recognizes what a gem you have in Zorina—she is such an asset to your team!”

He had forgotten the PIN number, he tried twice. They actually offered to let him take our groceries and bring the money in the next day. He was in shock as we had only lived there a short time he had call me for the pin and was truest grateful for not only the courtesy but the simple fact that they remembered us coming in often.”
