My wife and I walked into extremely loud music about a dozen employees standing around being obnoxiously loud. Mind you, we were the only ones in the store. Our sales guy walked up like he was Joe cool with that slick. I'm the guy for you attitude. He wouldn't listen to our needs and kept telling us different prices on upgrades and changing plans. Mind you, he was also training. I ended up walking out of the store because it was entirely too loud, and my patience with him was wearing thin. My wife is deaf in one ear, and she could hardly stand it. We left with nothing because the last straw was that he said Tmoblie charges an upgrade fee. I have had phones for 30 plus years, and I have never heard of such a thing. If this is the case, we will be switching to another company. This store was awful, and we won't ever step foot back in it.

i came to pick up a new iPhone i upgraded through the app, immediately walking through the door no one spoke to me or told me they’d be with me in a couple minutes i just kind of stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me, and ask me if i needed help. A few employees looked at me and stopped helping their customers for a few moments, but still no recognition or a “hey be right with you”. Super inattentive I regret purchasing from this store and giving it business. Treat your customers better.

Leslie is the best!! She took time to explain my options on switching plans vs. staying with my current plan to get the best deal on an iPhone 15 upgrade. I came back days later to officially seal the deal.

Had a great experience here, JayJay was working with my family and I and helped us get the best plan that worked for us and with great customer service. Next time we go I know exactly who we should speak to, he was honest, very helpful, and cooperative :)

La peor atención. The worst customer care ever. They told me " the system is down". And I asked " do u know when I can come back, the smart and carefull lady said I have no clue" looks like they only like sells. Not guarantee. Worst store I've ever been at

We took my mother-in-law here to get a new phone to replace her broken one, and they helped her through this without us having to intervene. All the sales associates were courteous, patient, and friendly from the moment we entered the store. It was clean, and not cramped like some stores can be, plenty of space to browse around and I appreciated that we could without being hounded constantly. It took a little longer than we expected but that might have been more to do with the Amon t of questions asked and nothing to do with the associate. Overall a great experience at this T-Mobile store.

I went there for help regarding phone maintenance and some questions. The guy that approached me was extremely rude and refused to help. Never had this happen before. I had questions regarding my account as well, he told me to look up the information on the app. And rushed me out the store.? It was so rude it was comical. This was on 8/23/2023 hopefully it gets addressed.

This store is a joke, from the manager Marlon all the way down to the “customer service” reps - if you can call them that. They lie, show no empathy and are extremely unprofessional. One of the reps (Jesus) talked over me & when he was done his statement I asked him to get the manager - honestly I do not know for what because they are probably unprofessional because he is the worst one. I called this store on 7/10/23 before going there to confirm they had a device. Cisco (rep on the phone) said they “should” have it, when I asked if he was sure ‘cause I didn’t want to make the drive he changed it to “we have it”. I get there & what a surprise they don’t have it. Lucky for me, I ended up being helped by the same person I spoke to. He then offers to order the phone & have it shipped to my house. I let him know I didn’t want to do that because I wanted to return the trade in at the store so that I got a receipt that someone received it. After he assured me I could do that I agreed to order the phone. When the phone arrived I went back to the store as I said I would and Marlon (the manager) greeted me. After sitting at a table and upgrading the phone on my own, my mom went to get someone to receive my phone because the three employees that weren’t doing anything (including the manager) didn’t even offer to help. Jesus comes to “help me” and again what a surprise, he tells me the phone cannot be received. This leads me to Marlon. I received a survey about my experience at this store. I answered it and he emailed me as follow up I guess. I told him what happened with his store employee. Let’s just say that I did the survey and emailed him a couple of days after visiting the store. He didn’t reply to my email, and when confronted at the store, his “reason” for not responding was because he hadn’t spoken to the employee. As a manager you need to acknowledge the customer, commit to looking into it and finally follow up with some sort of resolution. Today, 7/26/23, he still hasn’t contacted me. So, this store does a very bad job in representing Tmobile. If I could give them a -5 stars I would. If you want honesty and respect go to another store.
