I finally made my way to Taco Maker in Kissimmee after a friend wouldn't stop talking about it. Honestly, I was blown away by the cozy vibe the minute I stepped through the door. The place might be small, but it's got a big heart, and the delicious aromas coming from the kitchen were downright inviting. I decided to go a bit different this time and opted for the Taco Salad, a Chicken Quesadilla, and, of course, I couldn't resist trying the Churros for dessert. The Taco Salad was a revelation--packed with fresh greens, juicy tomatoes, seasoned beef, shredded cheese, and topped with a tangy dressing. It was like a fiesta in a bowl, both filling and flavorful. The Chicken Quesadilla was equally impressive. Stuffed with a generous amount of melt-in-your-mouth chicken and ooey-gooey cheese, it was grilled to crispy perfection. Every bite was a perfect mix of crunchy and cheesy goodness, and the side of sour cream and homemade salsa took it to the next level. But let's talk about the Churros. These were unlike any I've had before--crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and dusted with just the right amount of sugar and cinnamon. Dipping them into the rich chocolate sauce was the perfect end to an amazing meal. The staff at Taco Maker Kissimmee were all stars, too. They were friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations, making the dining experience feel personal and welcoming. It's like they've mastered the art of making you feel at home while serving up some of the best Mexican food I've had in a while. For anyone in the Kissimmee area with a craving for authentic Mexican cuisine, Taco Maker is a must-visit. From the Taco Salad and Quesadillas to those unforgettable Churros, this place is a hidden gem that's all about big flavors and warm hospitality. I'm already planning my next visit!

Wow!! What can I say: it was fantastic and brought me back through memory lane!! Lived in PR for 37 years so having a Taco Maker in Kissimmee is out of this world!! Have had those delicious burritos for over 13 years!! Love it!! Please open more places in the Orlando area maybe like Florida Mall!!

Food is always on point! If you like/love Mexican food this is the spot! I found this restaurant by accident, the food is made fresh and always hot, plated well and the service is good. I don’t speak Spanish and they hardly speak English but they always take their time to make sure my order is correct, which I appreciate.The value of money for the food is GREAT!Kid-friendliness: Kids meal are perfect size!
