Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Went in to reinstate my bank account. I was the first customer of the day. When I walked in no one greeted me. I sat down. A lady yelled from her desk you have to have in appointment! I answered I have one. Then preceded to ask me what I wanted…yikes. I didn’t reinstate my bank account lol.

The service this bank gives us honestly the worst I've ever had. If you have an issues you have to speak to 7 different people just to be told the one you need is busy and will call back and they never do. I can not wait to pay off my car and never use this bank again. I will add this is for the online service and phone service.

Truly they are the worse. I literally waited an hour while everyone was talking amongst each other. I was sitting patiently waiting to be helped. Honestly this is so disappointing.

I always come here to deposit my monthly rent for my Landlord . I’ve never been asked for my social security and my ID since is not my account that I’m depositing. Why employees are asking for that personal Information and making it so difficult to deposit money for someone else account! This is ridiculous! They won’t even deposit any money unless you give them That information and they want us to write down the social in the back of the deposit paper. I’ve been depositing here for 6 years for my Landlord and this people never gave me hard time to deposit until now and that’s unacceptable to ask for something-so personal like social security ! And Yes I’m on my way to get oriented with my attorney regard this !

I took a chance on the Kissimmee branch on a Saturday. Arrived at 12:15- closes at 1PM. I had a 8-15 minute task with customer service needed. Thinking back, most TD banks have 3-6 desks for customer service? This location had 2? Maybe add a few more service desk on weekends.Magaly, Manager and Leena helped me with the transaction. Thank you both for going above and beyond that day!!!

TD customer service is excellent!! I deposited a check, as a new acct holder it takes a bit longer for NEW accounts I was impatient. 1 hour later I received a call back from head teller manager and well they assisted me with my issue. Sometimes they can't help us 1,2,3 as there's always a process that must be followed but the Customer service was awesome and problem was fixed. And I felt important because the courtesy call made my night. Thank you TD Bank of Kissimmee ✨ ??

Really bad experience…I do not recommend this store at all, the man who served me was not kind or gentle, he did not offer any kind of help and I left the place without opening my bank account.

Been a customer of TD bank for years! I went from a student account to now having a checking and savings account with no issues. I feel confident that my money is safe with them.

If I could put no stars I would. I walked in there at 4:22, they close at 5, there were two families in the waiting area and they told me they would not be able to open my account because they closed at 5 and there were too many people waiting when I turned around I was the only black person in there so that says something! Worst customer service ever.

Had many bumps in the road, and when I came, the worker named Mia had helped me out of the pickle I was in. She and the staff were phenomenal!

If I could select no star I would, the worse service ever this people doesn't even honor appointments if the process to open an account is this BAD I don't want to imagine how would be once you have to solve a problem in there. Go to a real Bank or at least to another branch

Very unwelcoming. We came in to attempt to exchange money and the teller didnt seem he wanted to be there. Quiet, no talking, unfriendly, unhelpful and disinterested. Asked us twice if we had an account there. Yes, with TD. Husband held the card in his hand to show him. Meanwhile another customer is getting angry with an employee behind us because she didnt seem able to help him and he just wanted to leave. She kept at him in almost a condescending way. Worst banking experience Ive had. Big difference from Canadian branches. They acknowledge you, smile and behave pleasantly. Do better.I wish I could give 0 stars
