I absolutely love the workers here! They are very quick to process all my returns and package services. I’ve been assisted by morning and evening shift and it’s always been a pleasant experience. I never have to wait long and they are all very knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service all around. I really love this location, thank you everyone on the UPS team of Poinciana.

Josh, John, Kim, and Mukesh are very fast and professional. The manager(Mukesh) even occasionally brings me delicious food from his country to try when I visit and I really appreciate that! Very hospitable!

I stop by every other day for either Amazon returns or shipping services. I am very pleased with its friendly and professional staff. It is a very busy store…however, the employees do their best to greet everyone and provide the best customer service experience.

The owner of the store is extremely rude and condescending. I was confused about two items I brought for returns. I wasn't aware I had to print the labels ahead of time since I usually just have them scan the barcode on my phone. His employee immediately pushed me to the side and took the next customer leaving me wondering what to do next. They explained to me that I had to pay them $4.50 for each label I want to print it and had to supply my own tape even though they have a store full of tape. They do not know how to treat the members of the community and it's sad because they're not even from our community nor do they live in our community and are making money off of our community so you would think they would treat their community members with a little more respect
