This UPS location is horrible when it comes to customer service last time I went to return a package they charged me $4 to print the slip which is fine because i didn’t have a printer understandable. This time i go with my label box prepared all i needed was one strip of tape to secure the package and label and they told me that it’s $4 which is ridiculous for a piece of tape! I ended up going to Mail postal of poinciana on 1080 cypress parkway, poinciana they were so amazing and they take ups drop off if you have the label already she packaged up my box put on the one piece of tape and sent me on my way! That’s how you should treat your customers I will never ever return to this location.

I went to the store to print a single paper. They charged me $4.30 for a single black and white paper. The employees are great and their service is amazing. The thing is that I can go to a FedEx Print & Ship center and pay less than .30 cents per page in black and white. This is basically highway robbery. It's also the last time I spend money to make copies here.

Made an appt online to get documents notarized. When I arrived for my appt, I was told that they don’t used the online scheduling that I have to call. Why is it an option then! Very upset that they wasted my time!

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS STORE, i sent a package a month ago wish was returned due to employee error. They keep giving the run around , not following up and straight up holding my money hostage!!

Customer service and basic decency don't exist in this store. I was trying to do a simple Amazon return and did not fully understand the process. I was not assisted and was told I would be charged a ridiculous amount to simply put one piece of tape on my box. Why would I pay that much for a small return? Many places would offer a simple piece of tape, but this store cares more about making a buck. I can see that I did not come with my box taped- that is fine, but the employee at the counter had a rude attitude and seemed completely disinterested in providing any assistance.

$4 to print one page is absolutely ridiculous! The paper is only $0.30 but $4 and I have to send you an email of an ups label which you could’ve pulled up by the tracking number and printed for way cheaper. I’ll be going to FedEx from here on out.

Went to drop a package off. As you can see in the photo the top wasn’t sealed. UPS wanted me to pay $4.30 for them to seal it; Meanwhile the customer beside me who had about 4 packages was offered “courtesy” tape. This is just bad business. I’ll drop my package elsewhere.

Natasha and Kim are professional and excellent customer service, always. Every time the I walk to the store they welcome you with a big smile. Also, if you need help with printing or anything related to help you, they are there with you. Excellent customer service

These ppl are so rude, when you have a QR code from Amazon and shein, and you take the box/packages they want to charge you for tape.I have return several things to Amazon and when I take it to this store they never get, lucky I keep the proof of return. They have a skinny girl with reddish hair that has a nasty attitude and the tall heavy set guy is so rude. I’ve never had an issue with the skinny older guy or the short girl I believe is his daughter.I rather print my label and go to the place by WalmartTo response to the owner no I wasn’t in there with a $200 worth of anything but your store have lost several of my returns, and if you take pride you won’t try to charge your customers anything when ups/Amazon and other companies pay you that just shows to prove that you don’t care and are money hungry, teach your employees how to speak to customers. no need to reply to my respond

If I could give a zero I would absolutely awful customer service! Natasha is awful! The whole place is a rip off! Go to return to Amazon and they want $4.75 to print a label! What a joke. Besides they are rude! I've gone several times and NEVER again. I'll drive the extra 5 miles to go to another store.

We have pay 441.47 dollars for a POBox almost 3 weeks ago and this office has not provided us with a key as yet. We need to go during business hours so they open the box for us. How long does it take to order a key and be sent from CA? Terrible service. We wanted to cancel and they say we cannot cancel even if we don’t use the box they keep the money. Very desapointed with this UPS store.
