I wanted to thank Adrian for being extremely patient and very friendly and kind.
I know he must be under a lot of pressure with the range of clients who come through.
He’s very professional and very efficient.
It’s great to have such helpful persons at these smaller, minimally staffed locations.

The workers that work there are really nice 👍👍
Be prepared if you're going now until Christmas .. it's probably going to be busy
If there isn't more than one person working between now and Christmas I would add another because when I stopped by it was just the one guy and he had a line out the door he said he's been busy by himself since like 12:00 or something that day

Ali Amar is amazing!! Fully packed store weekend before Christmas and he handled it all with speed, competence and grace.
He had two registers and kept us all moving while working alone.
He was measuring boxes, printing labels, packaging returns, helping with returns, shipping, printing … all with a friendly smile. Thank you Ali! I hope you get a huge holiday bonus !

The staff here is literally the best UPS staff I've ever dealt with. They are all extremely friendly, patient and efficient.
Bilingual as well.
I will only go to this UPS store. Thank you guys for being so awesome.

This store shouldn’t have hours that say till 5pm if they’re going to close before 5. I showed up in the pouring rain trying to drop off a time sensitive package which would have taken at most 1 minute. Instead I showed up about 6 mins before and it was already completely closed and wasted my trip. Maybe say you’re going to close before the time online so you don’t waste peoples time and effort.

Exceptional Service by Notary Adrian Guzman at The UPS Store!
I recently visited The UPS Store with a lengthy line stretching well beyond the counter, but Adrian Guzman turned what could have been a stressful wait into an outstanding customer-care experience. As the on-site notary, Adrian effortlessly juggled multiple tasks and never let anyone feel overlooked.
I struggled to carry a hefty package; Adrian kindly retrieved it for me, repackaged it securely for return shipping, and walked me through the drop-off process. He also helped me print important invitations for my birthday party ensuring the colors and formatting were perfect. At every step, Adrian a friendly demeanor, addressed me courteously, and explained each service clearly, making me feel valued. Adrian’s professionalism and warm service made my visit seamless. He embodies exactly what great customer service should be efficient, helpful, and genuinely caring. I’m extremely grateful for his assistance and wanted to take a moment to recognize his dedication.

I was very pleased with the considerate and congenial attitudes of the store personnel as we tried to figure out the missing delivery. Although UPS apparently misdirected my “live” shipment to an unknown destination, the interchange within the store was very polite and positive. Customer Service is definitely #1.

Google says that they close at 7 PM. The owner of this location needs to adjust their hours because they actually close at 6:30 and when I got there at 6:35 they were closed and the employees would not open the door and my packages were prepaid. They could’ve at least taken them in, especially with the hours online being wrong
