Never had an issue returning an Amazon box until I came to this store, they made me tape the box for them to take it when other stores Like the one in champions gate has a drop off with everything you need from plastic bags to tape. This location seriously sucks and the employees are disrespectful and unprofessional. First time and last time coming to this location.

I’ve used this UPS store location several times. The hours are reasonably convenient and the staff are very friendly. I’m in and out in just a few minutes.

On August 8, 2025, I visited this UPS Store about 30 minutes before closing to ship a package to myself, as I am in the process of moving. From the moment I walked in, I felt rushed and unwelcome. I was the only customer in the store, yet both cashiers were visibly dismissive, rolling their eyes whenever I asked a question or spoke. When I politely asked if the box could be secured with extra tape, I was met with another eye roll, and only the bare minimum was added.
This was the second time this month I shipped to the same address and recipient name without issue, but the first time using this particular store. Unfortunately, the package never arrived. Instead, it was returned to the store due to supposed “name/company” errors, which made little sense given my identical prior shipment had been delivered correctly.
When I called UPS and later spoke to store staff, including the owner, I was given no real assistance. Representatives told me the matter was the store’s responsibility, yet the owner was short, dismissive, and even refused to file a claim or refund. What could have been a simple show of professionalism and empathy instead became a conversation about additional charges and lawyers.
When I finally retrieved my package, the box was visibly damaged with holes, and several clothing items were missing. I walked in expecting a routine shipment, but I walked away losing time, over $80, personal items, and trust in this store.
I am disappointed in how this was handled from start to finish. I hope this review serves as feedback for improved customer service, accountability, and care in handling shipments.

I went to this location to send 3 packages, there were two ladies taking orders and then a lady her name is Tianna I saw her badge, she showed up and took my order unfortunately, she is not polite at all with customers, you cant ask questions to her otherwise she twisted her eyes, all the rest of those guys are great like hello and have a good one!
