“Hit a nail on my rear right tire during my holidays, and went there to get it repaired. They said they were not able to repair it, because apparently it was too close to the side of the tire ?... So, at the end I had to purchase a new tire instead.Total ended up to be $116.54. Work was scheduled to be about an hour, but at the end it took around 1h30mn to get everything done.No appointment needed, which was good. I just walked in the shop and they took care of me right away.”

“I had a check engine light come on at night and immediately got it checked next day by autozone so I can get the codes and they are able to give you their price for parts. Once I had this information it didn't seem like a huge issue or that it would be too much money out of my pocket. Across the street was a pep boys. I already had negative experiences with pep boys at a different location but decided to wing it since it didn't seem like a huge issue and the location didn't appear to be too busy. I won't get too much into my experience there because this isn't about them fully but pep boys did it again where I left horrified after my car being in the bay for over 4 hours to run a $100 diagnostic, getting to listen to their employees discuss hitting their profit numbers (which I get it but as a customer I don't want to hear that because now I know to be on extreme guard) and seeing their quotes compared to all the research I did on Google and the part estimate by autozone I ran for literal hills. I went home discouraged and tired to call my brother who hobbies on cars and knows a lot about mechanic work to discuss what was going on. He lives in Tennessee and suggested I see if this franchise was anywhere near me because if he doesn't have the tools to do what he needs he goes to this company and has had nothing but a great experience. I gave this location express oil a call and spoke to the most delightful human, Miguel. Miguel spent time with me on the phone discussing what was going on with my car based on the code, that my make and model had this issue and it's just a faulty design that makes it mess up over time. I explained everything that happened at pep boys and he felt genuinely sorry for all that happened when it wasn't his fault not his business. He asked me to come on in whenever I could and they would look at it to try to give a second opinion and what the process would be beyond that. Just in the time he took on the phone and his attention to detail knowing money was a factor I felt so comforted to come in the next day and seek out their advice. I was greeted instantly by an employee upon parking. I didn't even make it barely out of the car which was so impressive to me. I was then handed over to Margarita, the service manager. To say I was delighted that as a young female, another female was in management at this location made me feel very at ease and her wonderful, caring personality proved just that. After doing their check of my vehicle which only took an hour, she gave me another quote list similar to pep boys in terms of content but way different in pricing, it was $3,000 less, and went through each aspect of the inspection/test. She also knew money was a factor being end of the month and there wasn't much I could do today. So she then took the time to say I could pick whatever order I wanted but wrote on the quote list what was most safety critical/most important to further damaging the vehicle to least. She at no point pushed me to do absolutely anything or to use them in the future but genuinely wanted me to have the information especially after I explained to her my deal at pep boys and then she told me how this business very much looks out for the consumer not their profits the proof was in the pudding after comparing with pep boys. I will be going back to this location for all my repairs as long as I am in Florida. I love my normal oil change place at Valvoline, however because of this experience where I felt beyond valued for my time and what I have going on in my life, I will be switching to them just because I feel they have earned my loyalty taking care of me today and producing such great service. I personally would like to thank Miguel, Margarita, and their expert mechanic who serviced my car today. Unfortunately I did not catch the name to shout them out but they did a great job too and I wish I would have said thank you personally to them. “It was my first time experience to have a tire problem. My one tire got punctured with a nail. I was confused to where to go since there are alot of tire shops around. My friends told me to go to Discount Tire. And without a doubt I went there even it took me 23 mins to travel. This shop is awesome. They fixed my tire free of charge. They patched it. The staff are so helpful and give you options. They are so helpful and it took me more than an hour , depends on how many people came before you. Thanks to Kyle and Jason. I highly recomment it.”

“I had an accident on the exit ramp of I-4 east bound that was a single lane/one way exit/ made it unsafe for me to stay with the vehicle, so EMTs dropped me off at a hotel very close by with my car keys. Originally, had called my insurance who sent for a towing company (won’t say the name) where the owner was very rude and did not understand that I could not meet and/or stay that the scene of the crash, and ev goodness you were sooo amazing- thanks also for hearing me vent, and event being patient with me and allowing me to get my belongings out, and even helping get them into my mom’s car! was very hostile and refused to send a driver to tow my vehicle (after informing myself and my insurance that they would).Thankfully, after that unfortunate incident (both the accident and rude original towing company); my insurance company was able to get you all’s company to help me. He's very hard-working and I would definitely recommend him to everyone who have mechanical issue with their vehicle. I was having terrible experience with my hummer limousine. My tire was flat and I found out I needed a newTire. It was not fixable. If he sees something else like my key fab had a crack in it. Well, he explained about it and the possibilities.
