“ONE HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE.GOT EVERYTHING DOWN.NO ONE WAS THERE.THEY WERE HAVING A BREAK OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.THEN, THEY FINALLY OPENED THE GATE.SO I CAN GET IN, SO I HAD A WASTE ABOUT FIVE MINUTES.PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE.I DID GET A RECEIPT, BUT THEN.BUT THEN THE GUY WHO WENT IN MY CAR TO CHECK THE CABIN FILTER.HE TOOK THE HE TOOK THE.RECEIPT WITH HIM SO I NEVER DID GET ANOTHER RECEIPT.BUT I AM GOING TO I DO RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE.THEY WERE VERY NICE AND YOU DID EVERYTHING.HOPEFULLY EVERYTHING HOPEFULLY MY CAR IS GOING TO BE GOOD FOR NOW ON”

“I had an accident on the exit ramp of I-4 east bound that was a single lane/one way exit/ made it unsafe for me to stay with the vehicle, so EMTs dropped me off at a hotel very close by with my car keys. Originally, had called my insurance who sent for a towing company (won’t say the name) where the owner was very rude and did not understand that I could not meet and/or stay that the scene of the crash, and ev goodness you were sooo amazing- thanks also for hearing me vent, and event being patient with me and allowing me to get my belongings out, and even helping get them into my mom’s car! was very hostile and refused to send a driver to tow my vehicle (after informing myself and my insurance that they would).Thankfully, after that unfortunate incident (both the accident and rude original towing company); my insurance company was able to get you all’s company to help me. Edwin was the driver and I am just sooo blessed, thankful and overwhelmed with how amazing he was. I am sincerely grateful and sooo amazed by him and his work. He listened to me vent, and was very understanding of the situation: the crash site not being a safe location for me to stay, so he could obtain the keys for my car. He was patient with myself and allowed me to get my belongings out of my car, and even helped get them into my mom’s car!Just WOW! Sooo grateful. This man was truly Heaven sent. And, I am grateful for him being able to help me. And, I pray this review gets to the right person/ leadership and that you commend him on his amazing work! And, tell him to keep up the amazing work (as I know he will)! You guys are blessed and should be honored to have this man on staff!If he has not been promoted (if they’re is an ability for growth in your company); I pray that he does. He deserves it, and will be an amazing leader!Will definitely make sure to tell anyone about this great company.”

“I had a battery installed at this location today and it only took about 20 minutes. The tech did it outside under a canopy so 5 -stars for him working outside in this heat. The battery came with a full 4 year replacement warranty at any Walmart so great value.”
