“Hit a nail on my rear right tire during my holidays, and went there to get it repaired. They said they were not able to repair it, because apparently it was too close to the side of the tire ?... So, at the end I had to purchase a new tire instead.Total ended up to be $116.54. Work was scheduled to be about an hour, but at the end it took around 1h30mn to get everything done.No appointment needed, which was good. I just walked in the shop and they took care of me right away.”

“I had an accident on the exit ramp of I-4 east bound that was a single lane/one way exit/ made it unsafe for me to stay with the vehicle, so EMTs dropped me off at a hotel very close by with my car keys. Originally, had called my insurance who sent for a towing company (won’t say the name) where the owner was very rude and did not understand that I could not meet and/or stay that the scene of the crash, and ev goodness you were sooo amazing- thanks also for hearing me vent, and event being patient with me and allowing me to get my belongings out, and even helping get them into my mom’s car! was very hostile and refused to send a driver to tow my vehicle (after informing myself and my insurance that they would).Thankfully, after that unfortunate incident (both the accident and rude original towing company); my insurance company was able to get you all’s company to help me. Edwin was the driver and I am just sooo blessed, thankful and overwhelmed with how amazing he was. I am sincerely grateful and sooo amazed by him and his work. He listened to me vent, and was very understanding of the situation: the crash site not being a safe location for me to stay, so he could obtain the keys for my car. He was patient with myself and allowed me to get my belongings out of my car, and even helped get them into my mom’s car!Just WOW! Sooo grateful. This man was truly Heaven sent. And, I am grateful for him being able to help me. And, I pray this review gets to the right person/ leadership and that you commend him on his amazing work! And, tell him to keep up the amazing work (as I know he will)! “Staff was great and just doing their jobs trying to upsell but damn I wish corporate would get off their backs sometimes. Good lord it's annoying. Little pricey to say the least. The same oil change back home in MD is almost $70 less. If I wasn't already over and had to drive 5 states away I def would have waited. Regardless, as far as this trip to Jiffy Lube goes, the staff was quick, attentive, thorough & hard working. Especially since it was 113 degrees that day. Corporate should give the some a/c or at least a mist fan or something. They deserve it.”
