Shop had a sign that said will be back in a few minutes, so therefore walked around for a bit, lost track of time went back an hour later and the sign is still there and no one in store, tried to call the number it rung and then they hung up. It took 2 people calling for them to do the same thing and then finally calls back for her to only say the employee won’t be back for another hour. So a 2 hour break??? I mean if that’s the case out a sign up that’s days you won’t be back until a certain time. In any common sense type of theory a few minutes is 3-5 at most, you had 6 people outside of your store waiting to buy things. But instead the employee was taking a 2 hour break.Very unprofessional.

This review is exclusively based on online interaction. I messaged them about wanting to buy a good amount of pops from them, had the money ready and what not. A day goes by after they tell me they have the pops I need in stock so I wait. A few more go by and I reach out, I am asked to wait while a listing was created for the pops I wanted so I say okay sure. They ask me to follow them on socials and I do. Then they never got back to me. It's not the worst experience but just so incredibly unprofessional and annoying.

was trying to purchase ranger slayer funko pop, was ready to buy, was sent pictures of the pop from tons of pops on messenger and when it came ready to buy and sent address to tons of pops, only to be told one of his employees sold it while he stepped out, was trying to get a response from the company for three days and finally got back to me, and they asked for my address to where they can ship it too, 10 min later was told it was sold, it saddens me cause i loved going to TONS OF POPS and also referred a lot of my friends their now unfortunately, having this encounter has left me shocked!

Went inside and saw the photos and was like wow it’s a huge store but once I got there and went inside it was just two shelf’s on both sides of of the store with pops to be honest they falsely advertised it just two shelf’s instead of what they showed in the pictures really disappointing

Previously had good dealings with this company, but today they overcharged (by $30) an item after telling me a different price then refused to refund the difference or take a return of the item when I pointed out the pricing error. Contacted the company via Facebook afterward and they basically said, they didn't care. Be careful dealing with them.

This is like my third or fourth trip there at this point and honestly, this seems to be the only store in the area that always has product on hand. I'm not sure where Carla and her husband are getting their inventory from but kudos! ?
