Come on! I'm a girl and knows what marine adhesive is! I asked this idiot is he worked in the paint/caulk area and he said yes. I asked for marine adhesive and he didn't have the slightest idea what I was talking about. I pulled it up, online, on their website, and he said they never carried it! Why is it showing 4 tubes at your store, then. OMG! Total idiots working here...sorry, pretending to work. Do you guys know what front and face means??? Never again!

So have you ever called The Home Depot? Their recording talks about safety over and over again but the question is do they really mean it? That answer is no they don't I say this because I rented a van from them and this thing was a rolling death trap as it had dents all over it the inside was filthy and it was beyond unsafe! So I rented this van to do some moving while on the road I'm outside of Savanna Georgia on my journey and all of a sudden the whole window the one in front of the one you can roll up and down just flys out with a loud bang the glass fly's behind me hitting the car behind me I stop to talk with them and thankfully they were ok. This window has nothing to do with me as someone had damaged it before and Home Depot just left it unsafe had this window imploded the other way I'm sure the shards of glass could have gone straight into my eyes and body needless to say I'm very thankful that this didn't happen as I'm sure I wouldn't be here today to write this. So after that incident I pulled off the freeway and called the store and who was I lucky enough to talk to their Manager Damien and let me say it's been sometime since I've encountered such a rude, hostile, sexist, and just downright disrespectful male shovenist j*** like this he immediately started to downplay the situation and my safety as well as talking down to me with a very rude demeanor clearly he thinks men are superior to women with the way this conversation went as he really didn't care about my situation or the fact that had this gone the other way I could have died. So Damien's wonderful solution to the problem was for me to drive the van back to the store and exchange it for another one and he would compensate me for one day of the rental I tried to explain to him how much that would have cost me in gas to drive that far back out of my way and then back in the direction I was going again and he could careless as I wasn't about to spend the $350+ in gas just to do what his solution was and to be out of range for my timeframe that I needed this van for. So after a few minutes of trying to explain this to him he starts saying your just mad because I won't give you what you want and what I wanted was to be compensated for my rental as this was a safety issue I'm sure that's not to much to ask for a big corporation like this seeing that this could have been a lot worse and for the fact that I now had to drive with this broken window which ended up getting me soaking wet from the rain along with the heat as now using the AC was pointless as it was all being sucked out the window and let's not forget that I can't secure the van now because all you have to do to unlock it is just reach in the window. Now if all that wasn't enough I decided to reach out to corporate for help and let's just say that really got nowhere as they are sooo disorganized that no one really knows or cares what's going on so this whole situation escalated up to two weeks after I returned the van as I refused to pay for it because of what happened as this was just not right you don't rent a vehicle that has clear safety issues like this so two weeks later they finally decide to give me half off of my rental after me continuing to fight with them about this situation. Just to fight with them that long to get what they gave me was wrong this should have been fully compensated as it was a safety issue and then the rude attitude that their manager showed me was just icing on the cake for a already terrible situation. So after I realized that they weren't going to give me much of anything for this rental I went to pay for it and as I was doing so one of their other managers told me that it's good I came to pay for it before they sent this to collections had that happened I would have looked into getting an attorney as this was uncalled for on just soo many levels of Home Depot not doing what's right. This home depot is soo poorly managed that the manager wont even come if you ask for them. Waited 45 minutes to get a mock rekeyed. I was told the hardwareguy was ok break. After 30 minures i asked the girl howong his break was. She went on the phone then left. She either went home or on a break. I wrnt to the pro desk. I spwnd about 20 000 a year on my reak estate rental business. The girl there told me the hardware guy wasnt in yett but woukd ve there is 15 minutes but he would have to go to the return desk first to get all of his returns? Why im waiting. I asked for the m a n as ger and she called him but he refused to come. She said the manager cant do anything youll need to wait. Finally Barry i b r kieve it was shoes up. With his full cart of retutns and begins to put stuff away. I have to chase after him. We finally walk in the back and he says. I hope i have the right oins, management dorsnt want to order them. Instead it turns out he doesnt have the tool he needs so i go as and just buy a bigger pack of locks with more than i needed. An hour inside this pathetic store!!!

The worst customer service in the area. Our family does A LOT of home renovations. We went in to return our new and unused supplies within 7 days of purchase and the representative at returns gave us the third degree. "Why do you have so many receipts?" "Why are you returning your items?" "I can't give you a refund, only store credit because I've already started scanning the items before you found the correct receipt." He legit grabbed the returns out of our hands and were flinging them around as to break them as we wouldn't get a refund. Every time he scanned an item, he'd shake his head, sigh, and mumble. I've never met someone so upset at being employed or treat a customer who spends tens of thousands of dollars at their store with such disrespect. We'll be going back to Lowe's from now on.

We purchased new custom closet systems from Home Depot. We were told that the system was custom fitted to our closets. Not true, they used premade kits that we could have easily purchased 3 months sooner. We were told that the product was solid wood. It's not it's MDF. MDF is particle board. The salesperson and her manager told when we complained that MDF IS WOOD. That's equivalent to saying that steak and hamburger are the same product because they're both beef. We paid a steak premium price for ground beef. We've tried for 3 months to get some resolution to our complaint. The sales manager from Jacksonville was covering for the local manager and promised to get back to us. He never did. I complained to corporate customer service and again received no response. Don't buy from Home Depot, our neighbors are happy with closet monkey and closets by design. We should have gone with those companies

Woman in the tool rental department is useless. They always do over the equipment with you and she's just a cashier. You can replace her with a tablet and instructional video and not waste the money paying her for nothing.

Home Depot have built an iconic brand by being a hardware store on steroids. If you need something, odds are Home Depot will have it. The store, as all Home Depots are, is huge. Within those walls has everything for your home projects. The staff is helpful and professional and are able to assist you. All in all, I give it four stars.

Establishment was clean very friendly attentive staff. Picked up some Kids DIY kits to give & help put together with children.
