Excellent service with Sonya! My Family and I were in the middle of selling our home with a separate realtor, who didn’t provide us security of finding a place to live once our home is sold. I made an outstanding purchase with Sonya’s guidance. She is an outstanding realtor with the qualities I needed. She lead us thru the process, always there to answer questions and work thru issues that always arise. Her negotiation skills are excellent and the quick response to calls/texts/emails kept my concerns to a minimum and short lived. I relied on Sonya to use her contacts for the numerous inspections required and for insurance. She met with contractors and evaluated and forwarded quotes for my final selection (with her thoughts/opinions). I would definitely work with Sonya again on a purchase or sale.
