Ross is average. It's a typical store, barely stocked shelves, a bit messy but I still found a pair of shoes. It's probably the most you can expect from these chain stores. You get a great deal when you can find stuff otherwise it's keep your expectations low so you don't get upset at the disorder or rude employees.

The only thing wrong is the people who shop there that love to park in front of the stores. Also the people that are very rude, lazy, or dumb because they can't read the sign in front of them when they park in the spots that say for "pinch a penny customers only" and they come out of the clothing stores or food places and not pinch a penny. Those of us who are there for pinch a penny have to park all of the way at the end of the row and carry our big jugs of chlorine because you are to lazy to park in a different spot.
