“refer to them, and nervously went since I haven't had much luck with mechanics in this area pleasantly surprised, helpful, jumped right on the situation and charged me a very fair price. since it was a windshield wiper situation IE right side stopped working which means the motor that was put in a year and a half ago but never really operated correctly still worked. after these guys got done not only did it work as good as before but better than when they installed the new motor at this point these guys are definitely a repeat visit and a recommendation”

I needed my reverse clutch replaced in my Ford Focus 2018 transmission, and Julio and his team do only rebuilding transmissions.
I took my car in last Tuesday and it was ready on Friday.
Julio called me with the exact cost, labor, and parts before work started.
EDIT:
WELL...my car has since been towed back TWICE.
First for another part that coded a week after the transmission clutch was replaced. Another $250.
And today, again, no reverse and hard shifting from first gear.
Another $100 tow. This makes $200 extra in tows.
Now we wait to see what it isTHIS time.
$4500 and counting.
EDIT: 9/04/2026
$1100 more for the TCM.
I've been driving a week, and I do notice a smoother shifting.

I was afraid that we weren't going to be able to drive it back to Michigan, but his employee Tony was able to change out a faulty injector and get us back on the road within 24 hours.
