Jesus was incredible! My screen has cracked at work, and within 2 hours my phone was repaired thanks to these fine folks! Great service, quick and efficient work, and cleaned my speaker for me as well as my charging port complimentary. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend.

"We dropped off the phone at 10:35 am and were informed by the representatives that it would be completed by 3 pm. They mentioned that if it was done sooner, they would give us a call. However, when we arrived at 4:30 pm, an hour and a half later, the phone was not ready until 4:45 pm. It was rather frustrating because they had just started working on it when we arrived, and they claimed they were cleaning it. Only when I asked about it again did they prioritize it, otherwise, I would have been left waiting even longer."

Dropped my phone on vacation at Disney. Put the claim in online for Google Preferred. Drove there. Dropped it off. Grocery shopped. They had it done in 1 hour. Back to vacation. Professional and friendly. Thanks guys!

Brought my samsung s23 ultra in to replace the front screen since the previous repair shop broke the lcd. Young man was very professional and they even got it repaired faster than originally quoted. Definitely recommend anyone who needs repairs to come to this location to get it done correctly

Submit claim through Asurion and picked this Asurion location. Got confirmation email with all the correct information. Went to store and supplied all the information and showed my confirmation email. He said he didn't have it in the system yet and I needed to call AT&T. I'm not voluntarily submitting myself to that kind of punishment so I just tried to give it time and returned a couple hours later. Again I was given "You need to call AT&T". Isn't this an Asurion location dealing with an Asurion claim? The customer already did everything they were supposed to do. If it's a problem with your system, offer to make the call and get it cleared up. Or even go a step further and offer to get the repair started and get the Asurion system figured out on Asurion time.I changed the location of the repair to another location and called them immediately, and the other location confirmed they had all of my claim information within seconds. Guess I didn't need to call AT&T after all.

I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt, it is very small so maybe they don't have the tools to fix ALOT, but when you're advertising yourself to anything from consoles to PCs to phones, you'd think you get more specific diagnostics other than just a " motherboard issue" with no further assistance. Person at register was nice at least, and well knowledgeable. Prices are a little whacky too, repairs often costing more than just buying the same product again.
