Yesterday was my first time receiving a facial and let me tell you - O’kayra did not disappoint! As someone who values AUTHENTIC customer experiences, O’kayra sets the bar! She is the bar! She greeted me with a warm hug and her consultation and service did not fall short of anything but perfect! I literally feel like a million dollars after receiving my facial - I WILL be coming back to O’Kayra. To Ulta, let continue to recognize excellent talent like her! 10/10 experience - I’ll be telling my people!

I love Ulta. Prices similar to the competition.Lots of makeup options, perfumes, creams, hairdryers... I bought serums from The Ordinary for less than 10 dollars, in Brazil each one costs more than 150 reais. Many things are worth buying, they are much cheaper.Everything beautiful is in this store.

I did my appointment online for today 12/26/23 at 5:15 pm. I check in at 5:00 pmand Javier call me back to his chair to start my process. First, he start looking at my hair (long, black) and ask me when was the last time I dye my hair, right after he ask me what I want (which it supposed to say in their system) I told him I was looking for partial highlights and treatment which it was exactly what I was there for. He told me that he need to do a patch test to lift the black color which I was fine with it. What makes me very disappointed was that he told me I have to come back for the highlights because he was with another client doing another big treatment. Let me mention that he didn’t have no clue of what services I was looking/booking for. Now, I can’t believe that a store like ULTA has such a poor scheduling system that doesn’t track how many clients and their time. Javier even told me that if I want to complain with the manager I can go ahead and do it because he even was very mad with the situation and the bad coordination. Finally, I didn’t do anything, he couldn’t help me with another appointment because everything was book for the week.

This place is a messed; the shelves are disorganized and they don't even have to try me items; the employees just keep asking the same nonsense “you need help” ?! No , I don’t; the store need some help ; one more thing which it is disgusting was allowing dogs ; not service dogs which I believe service dogs should be allowed everywhere ; this dog was just shaking everywhere and it was okay for ulta ;why ?! Go to Sephora from now on.

Typically I love to shop here as they offer a wide variety of skin and hair care, with a wide variety of makeup with great prices. But unfortunately I have faced a couple issues shopping here regarding their inventory and keeping their stock updated on the app, as well as letting customers know.I’ve been trying to purchase a popular lip oil, and when I checked on the Ulta App, St. Cloud and the Loop only had the product available IN STORE. as the Loop is closer to me, I went to go purchase and ask an associate, which was already hard to find because it was busy, and some were on their phones and distracted- an associate said that they did not have the product. When I explained that their app said they had it in stock, They didn’t apologize, or seem to care about the inconvenience.I also called St. Cloud in advance to see if I would run into the same issue before showing up; and similarly enough they were aware they did not have the product, but they knew it said in stock on the app. Why?! I have nothing wrong with products being out of stock! I am very patient, but to consumers and companies time, please keep your app live and updated so people can be aware of stock issues.So today I decided to call at the end of this week since I came in on Tuesday, and I have not been able to reach an associate, and nobody is picking up the phones. I called over 4 times at different times. This whole search for a lip gloss has been a nightmare as it’s so popular, I’ve been wanting to try it.
