  I don’t even know where to begin… my husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary in Kissimmee and had our vow renewal ceremony in Orlando. The wedding items for our ceremony were brought in town by friends of the family via car but we needed to find an alternate way to get the items back home, out of state. I was super stressed about this because the items now held a lot of sentimental value, and we’re a little pricey. They were very fragile and were to be displayed in our home when we got back to our home state. Not only were the manager and her assistant informative and patient with us, they were super kind, attentive and assured us that they would get our vow renewal items shipped back to our home with no issues. The items arrived today and they were in excellent condition! Nothing broken, scratched.. PERFECT CONDITION!! And one item was almost 70 pounds!!! I also want to mentioned how the manager took time to specially wrap one of the fragile items, when I unwrapped it today I have honestly never seen someone put so much care into making sure that an item didn’t get damaged, she re packed it better than the company I purchased it from!!!!!☺️ and it originally came from outside of the US! Now that speaks volumes!! I am forever grateful to this location.. as I waited over the weekend for shipping updates and for my items to come today I was nervous but also hopeful because of how they took care of us in Florida last week. They came through for us when family and friends didn’t. You don’t forget that type of kindness! Thank you both for all your help. God bless!

  Very Professional, friendly and polite staff members. (Especially) Staff Member, ANN MOFFIT at store location #3017. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Assisted in all transactions and then some. Very hard worker and a great asset to the UPS Store Family. Awesome location very close to home. You are treated like family upon arrival and departure.   I was in urgent need of a notary and to overnight the notarized letter while vacationing in Orlando. I was fortunate to find this nearby UPS location where I was helped by Zinet who guided me through the entire process, with helpful recommendations and in a highly personable way. Great experience here. I live in CT and would consider traveling to Orlando just to use THIS UPS Store!

  The UPS at 7862 W. Irlo Bronson Highway is the best. Every employee is friendly and very very helpful. I do all of my shipping from the store. I never go to the post office anymore.

  I always get good service at the UPS stores but store 3017 was an entirely different experience. The best welcoming and service the entire time AND great sense of humor?! Hard to find people being people these days and loving what they do.

  WESTON was amazing! Informative, helpful, kind, and patient! Best customer service I've received in long time anywhere. I had to ship a box and I am not from this area. Weston initially took my call answered all my questions and then when I got in the store assisted me in completing the boxing and shipping with ease and efficiency!
