I was traveling and under significant pressure to print some important documents. I needed them immediately and was already late because I visited multiple FedEx print locations with no success. I finally arrived at this UPS location already frustrated. I had been using Ubers to go everywhere and it was already a rough day. Although when I arrived the printers were done, Evelyn, the lady working there that day, went far beyond what I expected. She didn't dismiss me or rush me off -- she listened carefully and understood the urgency of my situation and genuinely tried to help. Her empathy and professionalism made ALL the difference during a difficult day. She treated me with patience and respect. It definitely deserves recognition! Thank you Evelyn!!!

I’ve using this location for apostille multiple times, today the customer service associate told me they cannot do a prepaid label for the same document. After years working with UPS. Big lack of training when UPS is one of their recommended carriers. Do not use this location unless you want to waste your time.

We had about 5 po box, the only ones I recommend in Kissimmee area it's this one and celebration one (ups, don't do celebration USPS, the old man over there shout with my wife, because she asked about her 2 packages missing)
This unit it's always fast and it's beside the publix, so 1 trip and do both!

Locked the door at 6:59 and threw their hands in the air when I pointed at the time. ‘Open’ sign was lit up and everything. Don’t waste your time.

Will never use this UPS Store again. I was visiting from out of town and had an Amazon delivery sent there. The woman working was incredibly rude, handed me my package with an attitude, and then charged me an outrageous fee for holding it less than 24 hours. I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a UPS Store—most locations are understanding and helpful. Unfortunately, this employee seemed more interested in collecting a paycheck than providing even the slightest level of customer service.

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a notary. Arroved at my appointment on time but was told they dont have a notary service even though its on the website, scheduled, and on their store signs. At least cancel the appointment and let me know why.

I always go to the UPS office in my neighborhood, and every time I’m there, the experience is outstanding. Evelyn, Lawrence, and the curly-haired gentleman are always kind, respectful, and ready to help with anything I need. They treat customers with genuine decency and go above and beyond to assist however they can.
Even if something isn’t within their reach, they take the time to point me in the right direction so I can find what I need. It’s truly a pleasure to do my errands there. I always leave feeling supported and well taken care of. Thank you to the whole team for consistently providing such excellent service!

Favorite location because it is always open late. Wish it were a little bigger, because this place gets super busy most times.
Only thing I would probably ask for is Fingerprint Services, so that I do not have to go all the way to Millenia Mall to do so.

The convenience I drove 10 minutes from work and I was able to get there ship out stuff to my daughter very convenient fast and friendly because I would have to wait for the Post office to open the next day I went there around 6:00pm

Absolutely unacceptable service! This is the SECOND time I've paid for UPS 2nd Day Air for very important documents at this location, only to have them sit in the store for TWO DAYS before even being shipped! What's the point of paying extra for expedited service if it's completely ignored? To add insult to injury, the staff seemed completely uninterested and annoyed when I inquired. I'm taking my business back to my regular, reliable shipping store. Avoid this place if you value your time and money!
