“About a month ago I got into a bad car accident my insurance rate increased and lost my car I don’t have any credit so it was hard for me to find options until I visited Rikers Auto Financial. Fernando and Beth are a great team they are super nice and very welcoming to all customers and guests. When I first picked out a 2014 Hyundai Elantra it wasn’t working as great when I brought it back home I went back to the dealership and Rikers Auto Financial helped me with solving the problem the mechanic tried every solution he could do to fix the sensor issues on the car. Fernando helped me find a car to replace the Hyundai Elantra with no extra down payment since it was covered on the Elantra. In this photo it’s an Hyundai Santa Fe and this car has been amazing on Gas, nice A/C and the condition of the car looks brand new!!! I would highly recommend Rikers Auto Financial if you’re looking into a new car and trading cars in 100% best customer service I have had in any car dealership. “I am from out of town and I was stranded on the side of the road near this shop. I went to O'Reilly's across the street and they diagnosed the alternator. I bought the alternator but had nobody to install it so I could make it 150 miles back home.Central Florida Auto Trader was recommended by the manager Manny at O'Reilly's. I stopped in and even though they were already busy and had cars in both bays, they put me in front and for a reasonable charge changed out my alternator while I waited. They were a Godsend as I had already been on the side of the road for 2 hours with my dog. They were kind and friendly.”
