“I haven’t been there in a long time and after seeing so many negative reviews, I felt skeptical but I went in with an open mind and a smile on my face anyways! You can’t always listen to negative reviews, though of course we all have our different experiences, thankfully my experience was great today. I dropped off around 2:30 and was told about an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes, so I went to do other things and received a text at 4:15 that it was ready, right on time. I had no issues with any employees, they were all nice. They didn’t buy a whole lot of my items but I didn’t expect them to take everything. I did have some good items so I got an ok amount, more than I was expecting. Went to my car and a couple minutes later I received a call from the store so I thought I forgot something but they actually forgot to enter the pair of Lebron sneakers I was selling into their system so it wasn’t included in the amount they gave me, so she said come back in and we will pay you the additional amount for the sneakers. Ok awesome! And I was pleased with the amount, nothing crazy of course but they have to make a profit too. So overall I’m happy with how it turned out. Thank you!”
