Best most professional store I've been to. The girl with purple hair, I believe her name is Melanie made my day. I went to the store, before that I was having a terrible day. All my boxes fell on the floor. She helped me pick up all of my boxes. She helped me process all items with shipment and sold me some boxes too. There was an Asian elder lady being so rude and inconsiderate towards the worker, while she was helping me. She (the customer) utilized derogatory remarks towards the girl with purple hair. Im surprised the Police was not called. The girl with purple hair, maintained her cool and took care of me. This worker deserves a raise. Thank you Melanie

First of all, MIKE - YOU ARE THE BEST!! Thank you for what you do for our community!! Anyone who comes here and complains surely do NOT understand that this is a neighborhood post office for our convenience, the majority of the residence are elderly, so if anyone needs to ship multiple packages and at all hours of the day due to their work/life schedule, I recommend going to the one on Michigan Ave in Kissimmee which closes at 6pm or the one located on Post Office Blvd in Orlando towards the MCO Airport which closes at 8 or 9pm (although it use to close at midnight years ago). You’re welcome! ??♀️

Superior service at this USPS, very friendly and welcoming customer service. They helped me package my box right away and were fast and efficient. The owner was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend if you don't want any of the extra nonsense and want quick service. 5 ⭐

They are always closed for one reason or another. I don't know what's up with that but they always have a sign that they are not open or they don't have the sign and someone tells you that they are closed. Neither my husband nor I are lucky to ever carry out any paperwork there

I pay extra to collect signature at delivery and they waived the signature also delivered the package in a different house, fortunately the neighbor bring the package back, be careful with this guy attending in this location he don’t know how to set a secure delivery
