I had a great experience at this facility, everyone I've seen from Dr. Patel to MaryAllen, and there Nurse Madeline, were so great! You can see that they truly love their job and are there to serve the patient. They were so informative and compassionate towards me and my needs and provided comfort and reassurance when I most needed it. I would definitely recommend this facility. Thank you all for your hard work and amazing staff.

Went in today to upgrade phone, Dorbis was awesome. He took his time to show us different options, plans and pricing. We ended up upgrading all phones and adding a new apple watch. Dorbis is an amazing asset to your team!

Was helped by Richard today, he was great from beginning to end. Couldn’t use cell service or get out of SOS mode. Reassured me my issue could be resolved quickly and he did. Tested everything to make sure my phone was working again before I left. Great customer service.

I had T-Mobile for 16 years and had a HORRIBLE experience with a new phone order on 12/11/24 and switched over to Verizon. 5-stars!!

I always enjoy visiting this store. Clean, friendly staff, and helpful assistance. I needed help transferring cell service over to my replacement phone and Osmody was kind, courteous, and patient working with me to resolve the problem. Thank you all!
