The Store Manager Lamar and Angie went above and beyond to resolve our Verizon Issues with our bill. Lamar spent 4 1/2 Hours with Verizon Customer Service going back and forth until all billig issues and crédits were applied. Over the 10 years that I‘ve been with Verizon , no one has gone above and beyond like this Store Manager. Now a days people don’t go above and beyond to help people in need. This is the Store to come to if you need help with your device or have questions of your bill. Thank you Lamar we greatly qppreciate your hard work and efforts .

I’m happy new Verizon. Omar very a smile helps me. I'm switching Tmobile to Verizon. Verizon very best of high-speed service than Tmobile. I am pay $80 month.. My old Tmobile high $120 month that's suck.. I love Verizon ??. God bless Omar. I want to thank you Omar so much.

This visit started as a scary Verizon encounter, but was saved by Duke! I can't say enough about his patience and dedication to helping me get my new phone. He spent hours with Verizon customer service trying to solve some issues with the upgrade and did all he could to make it happen.
After the normal Verizon support office closed, his support staff was able to take the problem and solve it!
Huge kudos to Duke, who turned this experience into a very positive one!

The worst service I have received today, I walked in and they didn't even say hello, they made me wait around 30 minutes and they never attended to me, they weren't even busy. I ended up leaving the same way I entered. The worst location ever.

I have been with Verizon for more than 5 years and this has been the worst service I have ever received and in the worst location. They didn't even say hello to me, I was sitting waiting for more than 25 minutes and from what I saw they weren't even busy.

The service at the Poinciana location was so bad before Josue showed up. He took his time and ensured I received exactly what I needed! Kudos Verizon for the upgrade in Customer Service out here! We definitely needed it!

Jose the manager was super helpful. He managed to get my issue simply fixed and did it with a smile. I will be definitely referring all my friends and business here. I recommend asking for Jose on your next phone upgrade. ?
