item on the walgreens website was shown as on sale 2 for the price of 1 but they refused to price match in store because the store manager “doesn’t like to” lol. it’s corporate policy to price match but they didn’t want to so avoid the headache by not coming here. he encouraged me to order it online but I had an in store booster I wanted to use. told me he “wasn’t just going to give me a free product” even though that’s exactly what I would’ve paid had I got it online. make it make sense. terrible customer service from the “second in command.”

I go to this Walgreens because it’s the closest pharmacy to my house. Most of the time they don’t have the medication I need in stock. I usually get a message that they need to order & be available in a couple days. The staff here is overworked. The same pharmacy tech work the drive through window and front window at the same time. Sometimes I see pharmacist doing cashier work to help customer. Walgreens needs to treat their employees better.

The most unprofessional associate in the pharmacy ever encountered in my life the manager . she is Puerto Rican, I’m lost 1 day here because. No one knows what he do here I’m really surprised the people have job because no one do the job me here comeback 4 times the same days for my prescription .

This store is consistently clean and well-stocked, making it a pleasure to shop there. I can always find exactly what I need, and the layout makes it easy to navigate. Compared to other stores, Walgreens offers a wider variety of reliable, competitively priced products. The store offers a spacious layout, unlike other stores where limited space can hinder product visibility and make comparisons more difficult.

Mrs Lisa makes this Walgreens worth coming to other wise i order off line now.
I would love to come into a store and shop especially in this area but there is no where to go.
This Walgreens took out the beauty section for another walk in clinic that closed down because we don’t need another walk in clinic around here. What we need is a beauty section where women can relax and shop without thinking of all the chemical and makeup.
I use to be a Walgreens beautician, i still have my esthetician license because of Walgreens. I can’t believe how bad all the Kissimmee Walgreens are. No pride. It’s sad

Walgreens, I will give you a five because I think you deserve it. The drive-through has been awesome. You notifying me when my medicine is there which is very helpful and your people are very polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work.

I made the order online. When I arrived it was not ready. I looked for the 4 items that were shampoo and were located right in front of the cashier. When it arrived my order was not ready and I told the cashier that I was going to get my items. I stand in line and the cashier doesn't want to charge me after I stand in line and calls a young man to charge me. The young man comes and starts scanning our items and I tell him that the Uber is waiting for me and that I'm in a hurry. The young man gave me attitude and he told me that he had to wait for the entire process. and I inform him again that I am in a hurry and that it was already paid and with a bad and rude attitude he tarred me. bad online service and bad customer service in that store it is always the same if it is a terrible photo service and always a problem and they treat the customer badly without caring about anything. This Walgreens years ago It wasn't like that. Years….s ago the customer service was one of the best. Even the managers provided service. Now none of them care about anything except making money without providing good service. This store is like Walmart. No customer service

Great location with wheelchair accessible parking, entrance and bathrooms. Clean and organized. Recently remodeled. A small clinic available on site. Store staff is friendly.
Pharmacy on site with drive-thru. Pharmacy staff is rude and incompetent. They make mistakes with prescriptions and then make you jump through hoops to get what your doctor prescribed. I would not recommend bringing your prescriptions to this location.
Not open 24 hours. Closest Walgreens opened 24 hours is about 20 mins away from this location.
