I bought a product in this store on the Walgreens website when my husband went to pick it up the cashier did not take the time to look at the order confirmation number, she sent it to another location, I called and the shift manager was Rude and told me that we all make mistakes, he did not even apologise, he told me that he had to go to the photo and not to the front or to the recipe book. I informed him that I would talk to the manager and he replied to me to do what I wanted. They both gave me a terrible service. Last sale I make in this store

Unfortunately, last night we had a bad experience with Mr. Elassar Tarek (Farmaccist). This person, who was in charge of the night shift at your store, treated us with a terrible attitude and very unprofessionally. Allow me to quote his words: "I will let you know that we close at 9:00 PM and will lower the metal windows. Come back tomorrow." This created a bad moment for us, as we had paid for our medication and were only asking the young lady, who by the way was very polite and professional, about the charge for one of our son Gessler Jr.'s medications, which previously had no copay. She was explaining it to us professionally. In other words, this conversation was neither with this person (Mr. Tarek) nor a reason for Mr. Tarek to address us in such a manner.
This individual mistreated us and spoke to us very poorly and unprofessionally, as I mentioned in the previous paragraph.

I have been trying to buy medicine for a month and none of the women at the pharmacy could help me, until Emleen helped me very kindly and helped me buy the medicine. Armand scans are he products right in front of me as I’m trying to shop and never greets me, I greeted him and asked when the last reset was they had. The beauty section is empty, like every other Walgreens in kissimmee. Rude staff, no products in a city that loves to shop.

Hispanics complain of discrimination, but after terrible terrible service, the phone is simply not answered, leaving people as if they were worthless objects. The Hispanics' hours are from 9 am to two hours of lunch, and then they return at 2 pm to continue gossiping and at 3 pm they want to leave.

Terrible service in the pharmacy department, tremendous rudeness, they never and never answer the phone, they treat you badly and they don't even let you talk and they put you on hold and in the end they hang up on you.

Everytime I come here, this store is very organized, clean, some nice employees that I've met. The actual Pharmacy, so far I've had good experience other then 1 time they told me my meds will be done by certain time and I came back they weren't done, then they told me next day, went back and still not done, but other then that, that's the only time I ever had an issue out of the 5-6 years I been coming here.

This was such a horrible experience they have a employee Maria Burgos that is horrible. She is rude, condescending, not only have I experience this but o have seen her act this way towards other clients. Not sure why she is still there. And when brought up to management nothing has been done. She was loud arguing in front of customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
