I walked into the store and was ignored by two employees. The store is quiet, clean and organized. I only go to Walgreens when the soft drinks are on sale. It is the best value I have found. The only drawback is that you have to watch the best buy/expiration date. The case for the regular was good for nine months. The case for the diet is only good for one month. So it really depends on how fast you drink it if you feel it is worth purchasing. When I was ready to check out, I had to wait for the cashier to come to the register. She acted annoyed that I disrupted her. Overall, not a great experience.

Avoid all Walgreens that are not in Orlando. Two days ago I called in and urgently requested a medication the other Walgreens in this area was not able to provide as they were so incompetent they could not navigate their own systems. The pharmacist at this location gave me their word the medication in question would be ready in 1.5 hours. They lied. I called twice a day over the next two days and it still was not ready which meant I missed multiple doses which has highly impaired my functioning.
I received a call this afternoon that the medication was ready - but as they were so delayed with their services I was not in the area and was not able to make it in till 8:01pm. The pharmacy closed at 8:00 pm. In spite of their incompetence over the last two days they displayed no empathy or understanding and refused to give me my medication as I was one minute past their closing time. They were two days past when they were supposed to have the medication ready. Had to go to an ER. Do NOT go to this location they are incompetent and don’t care about you.

Thanks to everyone at Walgreens Pharmacy. I have several medications and the staff is always kind and courteous. I'd like to give a special thanks to Stephanie. She always helps me sort out prescriptions, keep track of my refills and make sense of insurance. Stephanie is just an example of the fine quality of service at Walgreens at Bellalgo .

Chantel in the pharmacy is an excellent example of what great customer service and pharmaceutical care should be. She went the extra mile to ensure that my medication was exactly as needed.

Dropped my prescription off at 3 pm was told it would be ready at 4pm , I check in at 4 . Still here @445 pm and no prescription. Does not look like anyone is in a hurry .

I've been using this pharmacy for 5 years and I'm just about done. The pharmacy constantly changes the opening and closing hours. The hours posted on Google are incorrect. The posted hours at the store are incorrect. It's ridiculous

Staff is rude, the lady that scans online orders completely came out rude not sure what her problem was. Won't shop here again. Better off shopping online than in the store!

Very bad service. The doctor. I call the pharmacy at 1:30pm. At 4:30 I went to pick up the medication and at 5pm they still did not have the medication ready. When I asked why the medication was not there, they told me that they were very busy and had not been able to hear the voice messages. That makes me understand that they need more staff.
