Absolute horrible customer service with their pharmacy. The worst pharmacy have ever had in my life. It gave them 2 chances. And I will never never get my medicine here again. They don't give a s*** about set customer.

Came in to put money on my card walked in with $105 in cash. I was having trouble with cash app it was a certain limit I could put on cash app it wouldn’t go through the first time. Tried the second time the same thing occurred the 3rd time it let me add money with my barcode for cash app I added $75 the cashier was a male he stole $30 from me. I called and complained and talked to a manager she told me to give her 30 minutes and call her back I called back she claim that the drawer was not short and it’s not $30 in the drawer. I guarantee you he put my money in his pocket before we left I seen him go outside. I will not stop until something is done about it one of the managers told me that their cameras barely work so I was put on the phone with a second manager. The manager had a very nasty attitude and acted as if she couldn’t do anything I spoke up and let her know how I felt about the situation I don’t care if it was $10 that was my hard owned money. I asked her what was her name she told me that I didn’t need to know her name very bad people I will never as long as I live come here again and It will definitely be handled through their corporate office. I came in with my small kids he even offered to pay for 2 bags of chips and a pack of sliders with his walgreens card and was nice and had the nerve to steal from me and children. Tried to distract me so I wouldn’t know he took my money. It will be handled this location needs to be put under investigation and under watch to make sure their doing their jobs correctly and handling situations for customers properly. Very poor communication and customer service I believe the man name is Joe he works night shift I definitely give this location a 1 star. Even tho he did take my money he definitely did not get away with it God sit high and he sits low and wen you do wrong to others it will come back to you 10 times worse.

I go here for my pharmacy and for deposits every day and they are nothing but super nice and fast! They have great stock- etc. not sure why the ratings are so low but I love this Walgreens!

The store was closed at 1155pm. The lights were all on as well as the sign. No sign posted and google said they were open. A little silly in my opinion

Terrible service at the drive through, sat for 10 minutes waiting for them to answer. Finally do and the guy at the window is chatting with someone else in the pharmacy while the intercom is still on. So unprofessional. Will be switching to the CVS across the street, this place is ridiculous.

The pharmacy Is Very clean, And has professional associates at Celebration Florida. I recommend that Walgreens on the corner of Celebration and route 192.👍🏻👍🏻

I was in a few weeks ago and they went out of their way to help me with a prescription. Today, they bungeled a partial fill because the pharmacist never filled the rest of it. They kept telling me there wasn't anything ready and that I had picked everything up last week. I had to wait while prepared the balance of the prescription. This store is either fantastic, or they are disorganized and inefficient.

Never had a problem. I Get my Flu shots there no problem, made a appointment online. fill out the forms online all went well.
Prescription filled with no problems.
Checkout personal do a fantastic job.

This Walgreens is kept clean, but the lack of employee personal skills is very apparent. Our doctor sent over a script after checking that this location had a certain medication in stock. Katie, in the pharmacy, was less than helpful when I went to pick it up. This medication was NOT available, and Katie could not have been less helpful. She said she could order it and it would come the next day by 2 pm. Sadly, this medication was needed quickly but Publix never carries it so my hands were tied at this point. I said please order it 3 times and I asked if I should sign something to verify I would get the medication. She said no and turned around, walked to the computer, and proceeded to laugh and giggle with the other person working in the pharmacy. I thanked her for her time and left thinking that she was putting it in the computer and would order it after I asked multiple times. Well… she did not put in the order, it was not on the truck, and the medication sadly did not make it to the store. AVOID this place if Katie is at the pharmacy desk. She did not do her job correctly and this should never happen when medication is needed.

I was Vacationing at nearby Caribbean Beach Resort at Disney World and one of us had dropped some medication on the floor that she needed for the rest of our trip. This Walgreens pharmacy was extremely helpful and went out of their way to let us know our options. We were easily able to pay out of pocket to get a 7-day supply of meds and could continue our vacation without having to worry about medical issues!!! Thank you So Much!!!
