Literally waited an hour at the drive thru for my daughter's prescriptions and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. That is completely unacceptable. The absolute slowest service and pharmacy I've ever encountered. Walgreens needs to do better

The slowest pharmacy ever. Every time we come to this Walgreens it’s a problem. If you are in a hurry this is probably not the place for you. If you have about an hour and ten minutes to spare or more than this is the perfect pharmacy for you. The lack of urgency when dealing with people medication is crazy you would think they would stay stock with medication as slow as they move. The drive thru and the inside is slow!!!!!!

This is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever seen. They are criminally understaffed, especially at night. I routinely budget at least an hour to pick prescriptions up here; last time it took an hour and a half. I’ve been in line for nearly an hour now. Please, please hire more staff!

Walgreens refused to fill my pain medication prescription and blood pressure medication at 6:30pm. They told me they have to do inventory until 10am the next day. Even though they received my prescription at 10am this morning. So, they do not care if I die in the meantime. The bp medicine is so that I don't get too sick with withdrawal symptoms. I told them I've already been without it since Sunday. They said too bad and gave me nothing.

Every time we come to gets meds there is always an issue. Last tome we drive up to window and was told medicines would not be ready for an hour even though rx was sent 3 days prior. Today we wait 20 minutes on line only to be told that computers are down and we had to return in 2-3 hours. Are there not systems in place to use when computers go down? If computers are in place then protocols should be put in place to accommodate the customer?

Some people who work here are nice and helpful. However too many are cold and rude to customers for no apparent reason - especially in the Photo area. I try to avoid coming here for anything that involves interacting with anyone except a cashier.

This is the worse pharmacy service in all the USA. Worse service and customer service. They text that prescriptions are ready and never are. They done this about 6 times to us. Plus the store is dirty.
