I do not mind having to wait, but to be lied to is completely wrong. After my perception was sent it, we went to pick it up 7 hours later, while being patient and waiting in a line with only 5 people in front of us which took 50 minutes. We were told they did not have it but it will be there at 3pm the following day. No problem things happen. The following day it was not ready after calling in around 4pm they said they received the medication and will be packing it and to try back later. At 8:30pm we go in and they say they never sent in my medication and it would be on the truck with tomorrow’s delivery again. Completely reckless and irresponsible.

Stayed in the service line for an hour to pick up a prescription and then when I complained about it the clerk became upset and rude!

They’ll give you the run around that your prescription isn’t ready after you just get an automated message that it was. They always waiting for the truck to bring in new meds and we you go back, Surprise!! Your meds still aren’t there… I’m only with them because my insurance works through them if not I would gladly change to CVS.

Aa I have the most problem with the cashier pharmacist that’s always back there. She wears glasses she has an oval face. She always question you like she’s the pharmacist when she is not she provides horrible service. Have you standing in line for 1520 minutes she wants to go to the pharmacist ask every single question that that do not pertain to her

You try to call the Pharmacy and they don't pick up. For 2 days my medication is delayed and I try to verify why but can't get to a person. I contacted customer service and they said that they are not able to give me information because there is no notes in the record and that I have to call the store directly. Walgreens service has gone down. It used to be a trusted pharmacy but for me it is no longer this way. Year ago I was given the wrong medication for my son who is a cardiac patient and I let it go because I didn't give him the medication immediately and it was an error that could be fixed but I decided to transfer his prescriptions to another pharmacy to prevent this to happen again. I am also contacting my insurance company and informing them of this matter as they need to better assign pharmacies that will be available for the people when needed.

I really do not understand the protocols with the pharmacist and their team there. This is absolute the WORST, and I repeat, the WORST, way they handle incoming scripts to be filled. If you went to your doctor and they CALL in Walgreen’s to have a script filled for you, ( while you are waiting in the patient room at the doctor) does that not sound to the pharmacist that it just might be a little urgent??????So I actually waited 3 hours before arriving just to give them some time to fill it.When I finally arrived, they hadn’t even STARTED IT YET!So, they said it will be ready between 7:30-8:00pm. It was around 6:20pm. I said okay? and left to go home. I came by Friday night to wait in a very long line. I realized I had misplaced my debit card so I left empty handed again. I am usually on the way home after I wait to pick up my meds, so again, I proceeded home. I returned on Saturday in the early morning to retrieve it. The employee who took care of me, looked it up on the computer screen and said, oh, it HASN’T BEEN FILLED YET. I said. What? It hasn’t been filled yet? My appointment was on Thursday. They had 2 days to accomplish this! I said to him, If a doctor calls it in, wouldn’t the pharmacist start working on it?I am just asking out there,What is up with this? Please explain it to me, because what ever this method is, it’s ridiculous! No wonder their lines are extremely long!

This Walgreens is absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Don’t expect to wait less than a hour to pick up meds that were previously payed and ready for pickup. The staff is slow and you can tell they are just going through the motions. Management and corporate don’t seem to be too concerned about it though. I would recommend going down the street to Publix or CVS. You’ll get better service anywhere else.

An hour in line to pick up prescriptions. One person in front of me. Get home to realize one prescription missing. They canceled after saying it was filled and ready for pickup. An hour and ten minutes to hold to be hung up on. These employees are miserable and the pharmacy is severely understaffed. Pick someplace else

Not necessarily the store, but the pharmacy. The pharmacy seems to always be out of stock. I will get told it's going to get ordered and ill get told when it comes in. I come back the next week after not hearing anything and they say it's out of stock and it'll be another week before it comes in. I have already had several issues with missing scheduled medications that I am supposed to take on specific days. There have also been several times the 24 hr pharmacy will be closed because they don't have staff. I feel since they have prescriptions from the doctors these medications should be ordered.
