Update: I changed my rating to one star because I was giving the company time to do what was right. Our last trip in March/April 24 I ended up with three horrible scooters that wouldn’t stay charged (and I’d charge them from 9pm to 7am). Owner berated me on the phone several times. Talked down to me. Told me to leave Disney world and leave the scooter dead in Disney world (except how would I get out of the park I can’t walk that far?!) told me to forfeit the tickets I’d paid for and go to hotel! Told me all equipment is new. It wasn’t. You could tell by looking. Even the delivery driver laughed and said they had not had anything new in a long long time! I lost park time with my son on his 16th bday and getting to see him meet all the Star Wars characters and take pics of it! Which is all he wanted for his bday! The bank made it right when I filed a dispute on the charge for damaged equipment and I did get my money back that way. I did give the owner time to do it on his own but I heard nothing from them after the email. So my bank did it. I use to love them. Now I’d never rent from them again even if it was free! I’m sure the owner will get on here and berate me again as he has done with others on these reviews that speak the truth. It’s sad to see an owner act this way and speak to his customers the way he does. If I could give zero stars I would. I could go into a ton more details on exactly what was said by him but I’m sure only so many characters are allowed here. Just be WARNED!!
Update: Just returned from another trip and using Walker Mobility! Can’t tell you how wonderful this company is!! I reserved and received the pink scooter which everyone comments on and loves! The scooters with them last! Charging overnight and used it from early to late late! We stayed at Drury Plaza and walked/scootered to Disney springs several times a day and that thing is fast! My teenager can’t keep up! The storage is amazing and holds everything! Love the dual cup holders and cell holder! When we returned home went to Walmart and used their scooter to shop and was very sad. No cell phone holder and felt like we were crawling! Wish I could buy one of walkers for my own use! Can’t wait for our next trip with them!! Thanks again!!
This is THE BEST company to rent from! Starting with the amazingly friendly and helpful customer service to the scooters themselves! These things are the best I’ve ever rented and why I keep renting from Walker! I love the Pink scooter! The Princess scooter!! And I get lots of people giving compliments on it! Even the Disney Characters ooooo and awe over it!! I’ve never ran out of battery and recharge while sleeping at night. Amazing speed! My teen son said he couldn’t keep up with me! Of course you can go slower if you really wanted lol ?! Cup holders, cell phone holder and usb! Basket with more room than you will ever need. And so comfy! No back aches or pains! And they have amazing deals on their website! Insurance included on price as well! Coming back at the end of May and can’t wait to get my Princess pink scooter!! (They have other colors too!) Love Walker Mobility!!

Great experience! Spent a day in each Disney park and the battery held up very well! Staff was great and very understanding when our bus was running late.

Overall the scooter served its purpose but a couple of things lead to a 3 star review.
1. Scooter seat stunk of body odor so bad we had to put a blanket on it for my wife to sit. The blanket stunk horribly afterwards. The smell was atrocious.
2. Before entering the park the first day, we stopped to use the bathroom. Wife took the key out and when attempting to start the scooter again, it didn’t turn on. We went through the videos online and called and they said they would send someone within an hour to help us. Not acceptable when we had dinner reservations and park reservations. We missed our dinner reservations and took the batteries apart to find a spare key no one told us about. The spare key worked as the original key no longer did. Set us back an hour at least.
3. Chair died again on full battery when we were leaving the fantasmic show. Many people walking down to exit and the chair stopped mid way through. Wife almost got trampled on by people behind her.
4. Chair at full stop kept rolling to the point my pregnant wife had to stick her leg outside the chair and hold it to the ground. Caused bad discomfort as chair is heavy.

My friend ordered us 2 scooters for Disney World. I would not recommend them. The first day at Epcot my friend had issues with her battery. After calling them a
couple times and wasting park time they brought her a new one which worked fine. The next 2 days my scooter would lose power all day, at least 20 times a day where I had to take the key out and put it back in in the middle of crowds of people who had go around me because I suddenly stopped. On the 3rd day the left arm rest was messed up and not level with the right side. The guy who delivered the scooters and who replaced the first one were very nice and professional. But the aggrevation of the scooter issues was not worth it.

We had a slow start but when our scooter arrived it was nice. We could not have done any parks witout it. The battery lasted from open to close without having to charges during the day. This was the only way my husband could have enjoyed our grandchild’s first Disney trip!

We tried another company but they were sold out as it was a last min rental. Drop off was ok, but pick up was a nightmare. Plus having to be there for especially the pickup is a pain!!
Scooter batter kept losing charge had to find spots at magic kingdom to recharge
Day of pickup they called at 8am (scheduled for 10).. we said we needed to keep the time and would be in lobby waiting at 10.. well pickup wasn’t until noon, so we sat and waited 2 hours. Will find another company next time because they let you leave at desk.

Read reviews of Walker Mobility and was very satisfied that I would be happy with their service and scooters. I was told upon initial setup that they would not leave cart in lobby as other companies do. A designated time was set of between 8-9:00 a.m. At 9:00 received a call that they were running late. Someone arrived around 9:30, putting me well behind family who had rope dropped. 1st day was going fine until I returned to hotel in late afternoon. Went to park and setup in the hallway as was advised, backing up I hit corner of wall and back wheels completely fell off - luckily this was in hallway and did not hit wall hard enough to damage so it was a soft hit. I was also lucky that my son-in-law came to my rescue and he and his son lifted back end to get wheels back on. Called company and they brought a new scooter next morning again probably around 10:00. From start, scooter was in poor shape - seat had no padding, had a lever on rear of scooter that had to be reset many times by myself (a 75 year old woman that has difficulty leaning over) or kids with me. A few times the bus drivers were kind enough to do so, even having to push me off the bus ramp a couple of times. At the end of this week, I tried to speak with the owner of this company explaining that I wanted no discount, only wanted to make him aware of the difficulty with two of his scooters and asking that he in future make sure his scooters were in good shape. He literally told me that the back wheels could not come off his scooter (felt he was calling me a liar) and that I was told of the lever and how to reset myself if issues arise. SORRY - I will never use this company again and advise any of you considering them to look at different options. However he did reimburse me $17 for the inconvenience I had during my Disney stay. How generous!

This was our first time rental from your company and we would definitely recommend to anyone. The delivery and the pickup were automatic at our hotel and fully charged easy directions. Easy and quick phone setup. Never had a problem on transportation or in the Disney parks and the price was really good. We would definitely use you again and recommend to anyone needing scooter services while at Disney.!! Thank you. We could not have enjoyed the parks with!!

Walker mobility used to be my go to. I didn’t love that. I would have to be present for pick up and drop off, but they’re quality, Pricing, and reliability used to be worth it. The last three times I have rented from them I have had issues. Each time I keep assuming it’s a fluke. The first time I had an issue, the battery would die after about three hours, Even after a night charge. When I called them to address the issue, they told me they couldn’t get another scooter until the next day. No reimbursement was offered. I thought maybe I got a bad scooter just one time. The second time The dropped off the scooter at the wrong hotel. Their solution was for me to commute to that hotel to get it. Since they can’t drop it off at the hotel, and the gentleman was already there dropping it off. He wouldn’t wait for me to get there. I had to schedule another time. Even though they made the air and didn’t follow the reservation pick up and drop off location. They still tried to pick it up in the wrong location. I assumed we just got a bad driver. I rented from them again and this time they dropped off the wrong size scooter, We had to go to another resort to trade it out for the right scooter, And the one that we treated out for 130 in the afternoon wasn’t fully charged and was dead by 8 PM. I am a travel agent, and I have advised my clients to use Walker mobility as opposed to scooter bug, But never will I recommend this company Again. Best of luck with your scooter rental!

Excellent company. Pickup and drop off were on time and simple. Scooter was amazing. Lasted 12+ hours in the parks!
