I’m honestly upset that I can’t give them no stars. Not only did they show up 30 mins late but they also had absolutely no customer service to offer and they just take their time with everything, no routine and no professionalism . Then after patiently waiting at the check out counter after getting a text saying our car is ready… a cashier finally shows up 35 mins later - and then she says she doesn’t even know how to use the computer. It’s sad that this is the behavior you have to deal with now a days !

Poor customer service! Came at 10 am for an oil change huge line because they were having conversations on the back it’s 2:30 and the car is not ready

I got there at 6:22 AM 9/1/23. They're supposed to open at 7am. It was 7:25am and they still had not opened! I knocked on the door a couple times and they just ignore me. Worst customer service ever. I still need an oil change! I was so disappointed I had to leave.

.Auto center is a joke sitting here 30 minutes before opening. Now they are arguing about personal stuff and have still not started working. After I finally ask them if they are going to open they tell me there is no mechanics for tire change apparently so I’m stuck according to them. This was all in Spanish since non of them know English thank god I lm fluent in spanish bit I wouldn’t recommend this location to any one who speaks any other language than Spanish.

Entire staff was super nice. The guy came up to me before I even got out my car and was quick and efficient which was great its too hot outside. Went inside and told the cashier that I had an appointment ( highly recommended) she then called out the window to rush my car to next because I had an appointment which bumped me infront of like 5 cars. I walked around walmart a little bit and then my car was done. Highly recommend.Service: Tires

Over 3 hrs for an oil change. These guys are slow and all they do is talk to each other and look at the phone. Never doing an oil change in Walmart again. Should've looked at the reviews before coming and sure enough everyone says the same thing. People just walking around like they are doing something and people leaving the line because hrs go by and cars won't move.

The auto center is supposed to open at 7 am we come ready before work to get these important things done and the workers are never available on time! We are currently outside waiting for them to open 20 minutes after they are supposed to be ready! This is the most unprofessional group of people! If the website says open at 7 we shouldn’t have to wait til 8! Change the time on the website if you’re going to be late!

I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I parked in line and was kept waiting for 30 minutes. When they finally decided to give me attention, I waited for another 15 minutes with terrible service to tell me that it would not be possible to change the oil in my car.

I made an appoitment and got there 20 minutes before. There was such a big wait that by the time I go to the attedant it was 10 after, he promplty said she is late, the other attendant said no she's been i line.4 hours waiting and they never even touched my car. The attedant who gave me my keys asked me if I wanted to talk to the manager to find out why. I was already too annoyed and tired so I just took my keys and left.

I am highly disappointed! First the lack of communication with the lady from the auto center who over the phone quoted me for my tires and told me to come to this location around 330pm. I arrived at 3:23 and was told by one of the mechanics that they cannot take me today that I need to make an appointment. I didn’t mind that if I was told that information but I wasn’t informed of making an appointment to just come in. I asked to speak with the manager which was the only good part to this experience, Mimi was very customer service friendly I explained the situation and she was able to get me in which I MUCH APPRECIATED! She told me to come back at 5 in which I never left the Walmart I showed back up at the tire center and no one communicated anything with me and I had to sit and wait another 2.5 hours for them to even start on my car, I was told by the lady currently at the desk who stayed late that she told him to not even take me which clearly made me very upset as she had nothing to do with what me and the manger spoke about hours before I even saw her, besides the point you shouldn’t even come out and say anything like that as an employee, its extremely unacceptable I just spent half a shift waiting on my car to be serviced due to lack of communication. I try not to do negative reviews unless it’s really necessary but I also wanted to commend the person who truly helped me again thank you Mimi, but I’ll be going back to the WalMart on Kirkman.Service: Tires

Just called to see if they could do an oil change. Girl on the phone says yes and that it's going to be a 1hr wait time. I get there 20 min later and a guy tells me they're closed. Bad customer service and poor communication between whoever runs it and the mechanics.
