We can always count on this Walmart to have lines out the door and 7 people at the customer service desk chatting about their nails and how crappy the schedule is. If you see people waiting why not hop on an open register cause we know there is 890 of them open! No let's just chit chat and get paid to complain! If only they had real management there! Crappy service and rude people 89% of the time is guaranteed

While on my annual mommy/daughter trip, I stopped by this location today to pick up three items. I purchased the goods and was stopped by a man named PAUL while I was exiting the store. The items purchased were not loose in my cart but bagged in brand new Walmart plastic bags. When Paul stopped me, I asked him if it was protocol to stop customers (with bagged items) as they are walking out of the store. He didn't answer. He proceeded to ask me for my receipt which I was able to retrieve in my text messages because prefer my receipts sent electronically versus hard copy. When I showed him the receipt he said okay then proceeded to stop me again to ask if he could count how many items I was exiting with. I'm writing this review because I know I was racially profiled. How do I know you ask, because there were 3 other customers who walked out during this process and NONE OF THEM HAD ITEMS IN BAGS. Now you tell me what made this man decide to stop me and not the other 'non-black' customers? Stay away from this location.

Waited 30 minutes in the deli line; happens but they should have had more then one person taking orders , when I do get to the line the lady took 3 times to get my simple order of a half pound of yellow American cheese; she clearly had trouble understanding me, should hire people who can speak English and do BASIC MATH

I tried to get my $12.00 back for battery core charge. 2 1/2 hours latter after dealing with total 7 people on 2 separate trips, to store on1471 e Osceola parkway 2 phone calls to customer service 18009256278. Got a $15 voucher on min. purchase of $25.00 to be used by 9-1-24. Store manager no where to be found, cashiers don't spek English to communicate with customers. I can't give them 0 stars. not an option. Buy on amazon, hassle free returns and customer satisfaction with 1 phone call. I guess this is what walmart wants us to believe that they provide great service. 2.5 hours of aggravation to get $2.10 worth compensation and and i'm sorry!

if you innocent go shopping at this store, you could be mistakenly targeted as a thief as this store discriminates against their customer and against their employees, if you ever think of getting an employment at this place, don't do it as they will do their best to damage your record. There are selfish people that work there and make fake report that can get you fired and they do not rehire status, if you go in as a customer and you honestly make a mistake you can get mistakenly targeted as a thief. Yes, they are people that but if they're willing to pay for the merchandise, they should have the opportunity to do so if you shop there and you get a couple of items and you forgot to purchase an additional item and you walk with the Walmart bag in your hands back into the merchandise area. You can be targeted as a thief , be careful if you shop here

I been trying to schedule appt for the car service since 8am.. not 1 person picked up the phone. Even the customer service center. But I walk in and there is 6 people standing around laughing. I go to the car service area and nobody speaks English. Why? How and where are the people who actually can give someone a some service. Waste of gas and fighting traffic to only be told to come tomorrow. The disrespect of my time as a customer. Horrible

Came here for Easter candy, one of the large price signs fell on me while I was grabbing an item. I was surprised at how easily those signs could be knocked off. One of the self checkouts were vacant but had a pending transaction, the employee didn't care to fix it until I asked. It was pretty dirty inside, I wish they had basket offerings instead of just carts.

They kicked us out of the store. Most stores will wait for you to finish shopping to close the registers, not this Walmart. Two employees yelled at us that we needed to leave and it was only 5 minutes after closing. I've never had this done to me in any store. Definitely stopping at Publix across the street instead next time. And it's not like it's a one off thing, a time prior I had to wait about 10 minutes just to get help with a self checkout. I ended up just walking away and going to regular checkout.

I didn't make it far before I had to use the restroom. I ran in here thinking I was just going to use the facilities. Wrong I went shopping. I saw the cutest Disney items. I got another shirt, sweats for $7.00, Disney mug with spoon, Disney water bottle, ears, two more keychains and a backpack with some essentials that I needed when I get back home. I kept to my budget of $100. Store was clean. Service was fast. Staff was friendly.

The pick up area is the worst in the world. They serve you badly, yes. I respect. There is abuse of authority. Very slow people work. The supposed head of the area does not listen to your complaints. They treat you with prejudices, arrogance and without human quality. There is no respect for women. Mo listen to customers. They cancel pickups without any justification. The worst of the worse.

Walmart continues to be a reliable choice for a variety of shopping needs. During my visit today, I specifically stopped by to pick up some stocking stuffers for the holiday season. I found a decent selection of small, affordable items perfect for this purpose. The store was well-organized and the staff seemed helpful, although it was quite busy, which is expected this time of year. Overall, Walmart provided a convenient and budget-friendly option for my last-minute holiday shopping.

This is a big Walmart like most but what stuck out is the amount of Disney Merchandise. So if you come from out of town like we did you can always save some $$$ by getting ears, pjs, t-shirts, hats, ponchos, water bottles, Disney branded souvenirs here instead of packed stores at Disneyworld and more expensive there. We had so much fun getting the most random things lol.
