Very Slow. Not very familiar with their own policies. Refused to sell me syringes without my vitamin b12 prescription, why would I ever carry my medication around with me while buying syringes no other place has ever stopped me. I think they’re confused about proper policy and requirements. I also think they’re a little too eager to assume that said syringes are going to be used on something illicit and dumb, when in reality hundreds of thousands probably more of people in this country suffer from conditions such as vitamin deficiencies and diabetes. It was an Asian pharmacist there that was making an issue over this even though I told her that’s not even a real policy she just made it up. She then told me oh wait, we don’t even sell syringes here. I could only give her a blank stare like lady, are you trying to mess with me or are you trying to waste my time. My family was waiting on me to get home so I could take my meds and hit the road and going to a different (smarter) pharmacy with Kissimmee traffic took even longer. Because of that wasted time and inconvenience, and the disrespect and rude insinuations, I will never be returning here nor will I recommend this pharmacy to anyone I know. The day before this, I waited an hour before going in to pick up my prescription and it still wasn’t ready. They were not busy at all. Myself aside there was only 1 other person there and the pharmacists were just sitting around and chatting. They told me to come back in 10 minutes even though it had already been an hour and yes they had time to get it done. What are you guys doing back there if it’s not working? Why even go to work at all if you’re not going to do the job? I’ll take my business to somewhere actually knowledgeable and quicker. This place needs improvement. This place is a disappointment and a disgrace to the pharmaceutical industry.

The service was the worst!I waited almost 2 hours for my daughter's prescription for them to tell me only one of the medications they had ready and the other one had to be order for pick up the following day. Their excuse was that they were too busy giving vaccinations. The Doctor sent the prescription electronically at 9 am, they openned on Sunday at 10 am, I gave them time to have the medications ready, I was at the pharmacy at 12 pm, they said they were running behind and to give them 30 to 40 min. to have it ready, I made time shopping gave them more than an hour and they still did not have the meds ready ,they asked me to wait another 10 min. Wich turned in to 25 min. to let me know they only had one med ready now and the other one would have to wait till tomorrow. Worst experience I had with a pharmacy. They did not care that my kid needed the medicine today.

The pick-up service is a terror, there is no respect for the customer's time, prepare to separate 30-40 minutes and the customer who screams the most is served first ... I will never use this service again!

Almost always have the prescription on time and the Pharmacist is very a knowledgable. However the Pharmacist assistance not always speak with the truth specially Errick. His customer service need to be refined.

I doubt this will do anything but Vanessa took my money tonight at the chexk out but definitely was a monstrous b**** about it. I asked her what the problem was and she basically dared me to complain about her like there would be no repercussions. Can't wait to stand in her line again since I know nothing will happen!

Spent 45 minutes gathering about $200 worth of various products. Wanted to go down an aisle for something, but it was packed. Left my cart off to the side. Came back and cart was gone. Searched for it for 5 mins. Went to customer service. There it was, nearly empty. They started to restock my stuff. They said it was abandoned. Well, I guess I had higher expectations for such a large company. Not gonna get back the 45 minutes of my vacation. I asked for the Manager and, as she was making her way to the front, the associate still continued to restock my stuff. Off to Target we go.

Worst Customer Service Experience EVER! Do NOT do business with this location. Sam Walton would be embarrassed to death to see how horrible this location and service is treating customers. This place should be CLOSED.
