I approach the counter and and said hi to Ms. rude Helen and she did not respond. I said it again and she didn’t respond. I said it for the third time thinking that she didn’t hear me the last two times and she still did not respond. I really don’t know why is she a a cashier, when cashiers are supposed to be customer service, she does not have the ability to be in customer service. She is very rude.

Orders online was told my order will be ready between 4 and 5 arrived at 5:30 checked in and still waiting for them to bring my order out it's now 6:14 pm been here almost a hr waiting For my order while Waiting I am calling the store and their answering and putting me on hold this ridiculous I asked for the store manager over three times and have not spoken to him yet. It's now 6:18 and I have been placed on hold again waiting. First and last time ordering online OGP to be exact. I do not recommend anyone ordering from this store your orders are not brought out in timely manner the associates are rude they disconnect the call on you and do not reach out to higher authority when asked. This is one store I will never visit again and I am going to write the corporate about this. This is ridiculous my order was placed at 12 :30 and and still not ready for pick up I was told my order will be ready between4pm-5pm

Went by to get 4 new tires. Told me they don't carry 19" tires. Asked them if they could order some for me and they told me to check the app. Explained to them that the app is what brought me here telling me they had my exact tires in stock. Won't make that mistake again twice

Still waiting over 2 years for the item left behind at walmart. not important to those employees at walmart. now its time to discuss walmart delivery. it says they wont refund you on the remaining part of your membership and walmart will cancel your membership with no notification. one day over 1 year ago i did not like the way my conversation was going with customer service and you should never say i will call back to speak to someone else because my membership was cancelled. a big problem withdelivery is these drivers from walmart can kill any companies business i had about 250 first time drivers and about 20 drivers i had seen maybe 3 times. 70% of the drivers speak no english and they cant read the drivers customer instructions.uber and others only care about how much they make each day so no faithful driver s for any company. never oeder on a busy day or on a holiday. i made a big mistake by order 2 orders on this july 3 and not only had both orders cancelled by walmart because they were too busy and these orders were close to $400 .not only did walmart cancel my 2 orders but they also cancelled my membership after giving them at least 300 orders. on july 2 and 3 i spoke to customer service angelo in argentina who said i was not cancelled he asked me my 4 digits of my card number and said he would get me my order. angelo with walmart customer service had someonr come to my door in orlando with 3 bags of 15.5 ounces of fritos at 31.99 per bag. i cancelled the order saying they cancelled my acct and i called my bank to find out if my account was charged and they charged my bank over $98.oo for .3 bags of fritos 15.5 ounces so i made the complaint to have them get my money money . this looks like a criminal operation out of argentina trying to screw walmart customers. this reminds me of bad crooked days in buenas aires when i try to leave the airport and i need my ticket and the airport ticket window person keeps saying momentito por favor. idid not know he needs money under the table to give me my ticket so why is this crook working through walmarts main 800 number and has some come to my door not with my $400 in groceries and a samsung computer but he comes to my door with 3 bags of fritos at $31.99. iphotographed all this crooked info from my computer. please pass this info to arkansas to walmarts headquarters. $31.99 for each bag at 3 bags and they charged my bank over $98.oo. my advise with walmart delivery is order at slow times and you may get delivery. if the driver is bad dont tip- them. i spoke to a good driver that said only about 30-40% of the customers tip. the drivers only go where they make the most money. i stopped ordering from walmart on sunday because i never get my delivery. the walmart store rarely answers their phone and if they do answer the phone the person is brandnew. the main problem in orlando and kissemmee florida is i never get to see the smart people. you have to pray for a good driver.

If could give them none stars at all that's the best rating for this location, I live close to this location that's why I used to go very often but after this weekend, never again... I purchased at Friday 1 microwave (Panasonic) which was $109, and then when I got at home I tried to set it up and start to using it when I was taking out from its box and open the door of the microwave, everything was rusty around it like a used one and then, the next day when I been tried to return it what a surprise!! from this store, the serial # from the haven't match with the serial number from the box... THAT FUCKEDUP AND FK***G, so they said to "I'm sorry but the product from box doesn't match with the stuff inside" " I can't do the return neither the refund" I WAS LIKE: WHAT THA F*** IS GOING ON HERE!!! so for me is simple as somebody or some workers from this f****** location have a DARK EXCHANGING BUSINESS, SWITCHING THE NEW STUFF FOR OLD S**** .. and WHO HAS TO DEAL WITH THE OLD FK***G S****** the stupid costumers. WELL I GUESS THA FROM NOW ON EVERY TIME THAT U WANT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION YOU GUYS GOT TO OPEN UP AND MAKE SURE THAT THE STUFF THAT IS INSIDE OF THE BOX MATCH WITH WHAT IT SAYS IN THE BOX.

When a customer ask you a question, don't act like you can't hear me! An employee at the home improvement aisle, where the curtains are, literally gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes at me! All I asked was if they have any more of a certain item In the back. THEN she walks away from me. I understand we have times where we don't wanna be a at work, but if you chose to go into work. ACT LIKE A GOOD EMPLOYEE! Her name is Grace btw. Oh and also, social distancing doesn't seem to exist over there. I wait in line. If you are going to wait in line, follow the six ft rule. Don't get closer to the person! And again, the same lady that gave me attitude, saw and didn't acknowledge the fact that the other lady was in the wrong! The little girl name grace NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT EMPLOYEES RIGHT!

This Walmart is by far the worse in the Kim south orlando area . They don't help you at all . They don't answer the phones . When you call and ask to see if they have something In stock , they keep transferring you . The people who work there are straight trash !

I noticed I only received one of my medications so I called to ask if my doctor sent in the script for the one I was missing and the lady who answered goes “You just came here and picked up a prescription what else do you need???” with a huge attitude as if I was inconveniencing her. I was taken aback and confused by her response. I’m never rude to employees or anyone working in customer service period because that’s not my personality, so I have no idea why I was given such horrible attitude for no reason. I’m disgusted by the lack of manners/professionalism. Don’t be rude to customers who are actually nice to you.
