Horrible Walmart! The employees are just absolutely rude and don’t understand what to do when you need help. I was sent to a register after two employees from scan and go could not help me because they didn’t understand, then the employee at the register also didn’t understand and sent me to customer service. The customer service person said why they send you here I can’t help with that and sent me back to scan n go. After 45 minutes of this nonsense I figured it out on my own after I was being treated like I was trying to steal my groceries all because I was doing two different transactions. This Walmart is the worst one yet I’ve been to. I prefer to drive 25 min away to go to a different one. Something needs to be done here at Vine St Walmart

Prices are decent, customer service sucks. Totally willing to let me drive around in the dark with 1 headlight when the guy who had the key was right there, at the counter in the automotive department, literally 15ft from the headlight case... probably because I'm white. Racist bastards.

Always busy, checkout lines are always extremely long. The parking lot is always crazy. Everytime we visit it's like this. Only came this time to get needed rx meds that were not available at other locations. The pharmacy was pleasent experience. I'd only come to this location if no others were an option.

Make sure you got a piece or blade on you for protection when going here. The Walmart itself has horrible customer service, the area and excessive homeless in surrounding areas make it an uncomfortable experience. They have a roaming security guard and about 3 to 4 of those cameras in the parking lot, that should give you a feel of the area.

Chester was very unprofessional today when handling me as a customer. This was over a measly $30 purchase. Rather than helping a customer out with his position, he chose to denigrate me in front of other employees, it was very embarrassing. I've been at Walmart plus member for about 4 years and that stops today

I recently visited Walmart to purchase some car-related items, and what should have been a quick trip turned into an eye-opening experience about their poor customer service. Several frustrated customers were in heated discussions with the manager over issues related to their car service appointments. It was clear that appointments were either overbooked or poorly managed, leaving many people waiting far longer than expected.
What stood out the most was the staff’s lack of professionalism and empathy. Instead of calmly addressing concerns, the manager seemed overwhelmed and dismissive, offering vague explanations without real solutions. Customers were left feeling unheard and disrespected, which only escalated tensions. The disorganization in handling appointments showed a clear lack of preparation and communication among the staff.
Car services require efficiency and trust, but this experience reflected the opposite. Better training in customer service and appointment management could significantly improve the situation. Clear communication, timely updates, and respectful interactions should be standard, but sadly, that wasn’t the case here.
If you’re considering getting your car serviced at Walmart, be prepared for potential delays and customer service issues. Hopefully, they will take steps to address these recurring problems.
