I recently tried the "Scan and Go" service at Walmart, hoping for a quick and convenient shopping experience. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While I appreciated the ability to scan and pack my items myself, the process was marred by an uncomfortable situation when an employee approached me to unpack and check my bag, despite the fact that I had already scanned all my items.
This made me feel less like a valued customer and more like a suspected thief. It was both humiliating and frustrating to be treated with such suspicion after doing all the work of scanning and packing. Instead of enjoying the convenience of the service, I left the store feeling unwelcome and uneasy.
Walmart needs to reevaluate this aspect of their "Scan and Go" service. While I understand the need for security, the way it’s currently handled undermines the very purpose of making shopping easier. I hope they improve this process to ensure a more respectful and pleasant shopping experience for their customers.

Nayda, the manager at Walmart Auto Care, should be held accountable for her poor customer service. On Thursday, March 6, 2025, around 2 p.m., I had a flat tire and went to Walmart since I had recently purchased my tires there and also have a Walmart credit card.
Upon arrival, a worker approached me and, struggling with English, rudely asked why I was there. I explained that I had a nail in my tire and was losing air. Without even checking the tire, he immediately told me they couldn’t help. Surprised, I informed him that these were Walmart tires, at which point he said he would ask someone else.
He walked about 30 feet away and spoke to Nayda, who I later learned was the manager. As I remained in my car, I saw her chatting with someone, seemingly unconcerned. Instead of approaching me professionally, she yelled across the area, “I CAN FIX YOUR TIRE UNLESS YOU WANT SCRATCHES ON YOUR RIM.” Shocked, I asked her to repeat herself, as I couldn’t hear her clearly. Since she made no effort to come closer, I got out of my car and approached her.
Standing next to her, I asked again what she had said. She repeated, “I can fix your tire, but it will have scratches.” I was taken aback, how can a service be offered with the expectation of damage? That’s not how any company should operate. I pointed out that these were Walmart tires and asked why they wouldn’t fix them. She then claimed she was “just joking.”
When I pressed further about why I was denied service, the worker told me it was because I had 22-inch rims. However, the manager then contradicted this, saying their machine accommodates up to 30-inch rims. For reference, my rims are only 20 inches. This showed a clear lack of knowledge about their own services.
I then told Nayda that she and her team needed proper training on their job functions. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she responded with, “AT THIS POINT, I DON’T HAVE TO SERVE YOU.” I reminded her that customer service is important, and her approach was unacceptable. Her immediate response was to deflect, claiming I was “cursing at her” and using that as an excuse to refuse service entirely.
At this point, I had no interest in having my tire serviced at that location. Walmart, you need to do better in selecting and training your managers. Nayda displayed laziness, arrogance, and unprofessionalism. A customer should never be treated this way.

very good, it's great when I use it for delivery because I don't have a car, I don't have transportation, there are several Walmarts, you can select the one closest to your house 🏠
