This is supposed to be a multi billion dollar company and they can’t even fix their air pumps. For 24 (2+ years) this air pump has not been fixed. When something so simple and cheap cannot be taken care of to the convenience of the public, it is clear that they hate their own clientele. What once was a great company has now succumbed to idiocy. Wawa sucks.

The coffee area in the morning is absolute trash, they don't clean or refill it. Other wawas have way more pride in their coffee area. Have some self respect

Thanks to today’s experience I’ll be saving a lot of money moving forward. The meat was ice cold, like they thaw it and did not even warm it up. Oh and the yellow piece of plastic was the cherry on top. Disgusting.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had a bad experience with service at Wawa. Today we ordered an Italian sandwich and it was prepared without paying attention to details: the salad was wilted among other things and there was no delicacy in its presentation. We have encountered these types of issues on several occasions, which is disappointing as we expect a higher standard of quality.

I've lived in the hood in Philly and this Wawa is the dirtiest and least classy Wawa. Staff is beyond rude and don't understand simple directions. It took 15 min for them to make one sandwich. Also every parking spot was filled. But it doesn't make sense, there's not enough people in the store to justify the entire parking lot to be filled. It appears the businesses adjacent to the Wawa are using the parking spots.
Come on Wawa, do better.
