Normally when I have to go to a gas station I go to Wawa because I think it's the best but this establishment in particular leaves a lot to be desired, to get a soda from the machine I have to go to the cashier and pay for the glass before serving myself, the first time I've seen that, I have a company with a small fleet of vehicles and I have gas service with Wawa, I hope they don't ruin this either. The truth is that it put me off eating something there.

A simple burger was just a mess if the employee preparing the food followed the instructions would have been no problem but me eating burgers all my life and have never seen that combo of the following
Starting @ the bottom bread cheese meat meat tomatoes onions lettuce and cheese over the veggies bread even the receipt tells you the order to put things lucky I took my food to go otherwise I would not have taken that home to eat.
Everything just came out with every bite .

I have to say that the store manager is judgemental and discriminates against people who are on bicycles. just because I am on a bike and have a backpack doesn't mean I'm homeless and that I deserve to be treated any different than someone in a vehicle. He obviously doesn't do a good job at paying attention because I wasn't there for a hour and a half. As a matter of fact I came in and spent money got food drinks cigarettes etc and left the store. On my way back thru town I stopped and used the restroom. As I was leaving the store Eric approaches me and tells me I've been there to long and need to leave. I literally was there maybe 10 mins the second time and this man didn't even give me a chance to get on my bike to leave before he is telling me that because I'm homeless I need to go. First of all I'm not homeless and even if I was that doesn't mean I should be treated any different than any other paying customer. Then when I call to complain he tells me idk what I'm talking about about and doesn't have time to hear my complaint. But i guarantee that corporate will have time to hear my complaint and anyone else that I choose to tell to get the word out about how Wawa's employees discriminate and judge against paying customers that are on bicycles with backpacks

Hey uhm, Wawa management , HR department or whoever , when someone says “A little bit of butter “ I guess it’s a comical joke amongst other Wawa workers , to slap a slab of butter on bagels for customers , ruin their meal, wasting money. If being a server is to stressful or tempting to mess with customers food, you should step down and find another occupation. Pathetic

When I first started coming here, this place was much better. The staff was helpful and always welcoming. Now, they are extremely rude and have a major attitude. I had to wait at the mobile order pickup for more than 30 minutes to get my order, which was already there, as seen in the picture, and no one was available to help. I don’t know what’s going on with Wawa, but the service they used to provide has drastically declined. The food quality has also gone down significantly.

I have bad experiencia today 3:05 pm with the cashier, She need more training on the box, Like I pay 20 dollar with my gift card and now. I had to pay out of my own money for a cashier with no basic training.

They always bring your order cold, no matter that you pick the hot sandwich, all are cold even the meat. When you go to the computer they only have chicken, no pizza, no other variety of sandwiches. All the employees don't treat you in a good way. The only good that this Wawa have its the location.

I got the avocado veggies toast and the green apple refresher .....stop putting blue raspberry in it...it ruined it. Aaron was very sweet. Very kind.

Paid $6.09 for a bagel because they did not have any Bacon egg and cheese croissants. They never have them ready! Than I waited over 15 minutes for my bagel that I couldn’t even eat because it was so hard. I usually order through the app. Which doesn’t take less time. You will be waiting at the pickup shelf for someone on the other side to pay attention to see if you have a curbside order.

This place is a scam. Been here everyday this week and this will be the last. I have ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese. This is the “ extra “ and the most they have put. Yesterday badly had any. Pass that they smash the thing as flat as they can before they serve it

I had a horrible experience at another Wawa before coming to this one. It seems the app is having difficulty placing orders but still charges to bank account.
The manager quickly redeemed it for me, and gave me the order I needed.
I really appreciate this considering the horrible experience I had at the other Wawa over the same thing.
