I was using my app for rewards. It did not work properly. The young lady , I'm sorry I didn't get her name , went out of her way to assist me. She took time from her busy job to assist me . A shout out to her !

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it was super hard and impossible to consume, I point out to the person who is serving and very rudely he tells me that they are like that, I ask him if he could make it for me again or heat it up I understand that he says no toast but the application does not give the option to put it hot and the bread is too hard and cold and this rude woman indicates that I have to pay for it again and wait for her to finish all the orders, if they don't love their job then because they are in customer service it is very bad taste if I'm paying for that service. 1-23-2024 6:55amI didn't even see his name to be able to complete the complaint.

The place is so chaotic, the floors are gross (like they not been swept or mopped), spilt drinks everywhere on the floor, just gross. I hope the food is good, but they dont even put your food in bags to carry they just throw the food at you so if you have multiple items they just hand it all to you... bags should really be used. I will say.... this is definitely not a Sheetz, wish it was. Sheetz has wayyy better food options and cleanliness.

came in for food, while i will say we did have a larger group of 8 people we all ordered food. elyse was EXTREMELY rude when one of our orders wasn't payed for which turned out to be a misunderstanding on their part. cursing and unprofessional as soon as the order went through, while we waited for our food she was making comments such as "these people are crazy" the whole time.

Wawa, a long-time favorite, continues to excel at this Florida location. Their hoagies remain a highlight, with options like the classic Italian and the spicy Buffalo cheesesteak with pepper jack cheese, satisfying both hot and cold sandwich lovers. For those seeking lighter fare, the chicken strips with buffalo sauce are a fantastic choice, especially if you're cutting down on bread. The coffee here is a standout too. My go-to blend of half Colombian, a quarter hazelnut, and a quarter French roast delivers a strong, rich taste that doesn't require cream or sugar. The double pretzel is another item I'd recommend. I prefer it with honey instead of the standard yellow mustard to avoid a mild allergic reaction, but it's delicious either way. What sets this Wawa apart is not just its convenience as a store and fuel station, but also its selection of beer and wine, adding an extra layer of convenience for shoppers. Whether you're stopping for a quick snack, a drink, or to refuel, this Wawa location has it all. "Gotta have a Wawa" perfectly captures the essence of what makes this place a regular stop for many.

Its kind of a bummer that in a store that sells whole milk by the gallon, and even offers it at the coffee bar, I am given no choice but to pay extra for oat milk in hot chocolate. Even though I dont like oat milk.

I love the free coffee Tuesdays! At this particular Wawa, they didn't have the Wawa Gobbler but they had the Hot Turkey Gobbler and the Hot Gobbler with mashed potatoes. Both were good but looked messy when I unraveled it. Like it was just thrown onto the roll and just mashed on there. May next time I won't have them wrap hoagie and instead just place it in the wrapper unwrapped. The Buffalo Mac and cheese was very creamy and not so much macaroni. I had to stir in the Buffalo sauce myself in my bowl because it was just sitting on top of the mac & Cheese. Picking my meal up curbside, the worker had an attitude. Other than that, I liked my meal.

I am from the West Coast and while in Florida a co-worker of mine told me that I should check out a local Wawa, and I did! Yes it is a convenient store, but it is a little step up with the fresh foods they offer and items made to order. Since I was in a bit of a hurry, I ordered their avocado toast with bacon and it was delicious. I wanted to go back in the evening to try a burger, but I was not able to. But what I was able to try, it was simple and good. The staff was also kind and courteous.

There were very limited options on late night food after EDC Orlando. My group ended up settling on getting food/drinks/snacks at this Wawa since it was the closest to our Airbnb the first two nights. My boyfriend and I ordered a sausage pizza and two different sandwiches, along with a fountain drink. Unfortunately, we didn't check if our food was made correctly before we got back to the Airbnb. Our pizza was actually just a cheese pizza.

I absolutely had to make it to Wawa before I left Florida. It’s always a pleasure to visit one. Such a joy to visit. They have so much to choose from. From breakfast lunch and dinner options. Snacks healthy options s and bad . lolAnd they now offer self checkout

This is the closest location to home, so we are here a TON, but the service and quality of what you get is really hit or miss. In the AM, the employees are typically high-energy and full of personality. Alwats smiling, singing, and interacting with you. The PM shift can be drastically different and make you feel like you're the last person on earth they want to deal with. Sometimes, it's the total opposite. Lol Sandwiches and drinks here are very different from other locations. I feel like they don't make anything wit love most of the time, and if you get a drink with whipped cream, you're probably receiving a drink without it Seasonal drinks never, ever, ever look like the promos or photos in the store. They're missing toppings, etc. Sandwiches and other food that's made to order usually are missing ingredients or toppings... or condiments. There is nothing better than a dry sandwich The rest of the store is clean and typical Wawa standard, so I can't be mad. It's a high-volume location, and I give them some credit there. I just wish the consistency with the food you ordered was a bit better.

For starters, I would love if zero stars was an option. The over night manager we had the displeasure of speaking with was Jeremiah. We had ordered several items through UberEats, totaling over $50. Upon delivery, we came to find that half, if not more, of our food was missing or just totally incorrect. I myself called to this location to ask to receive some kind of explanation as to why this happened. While I was on the phone, my partner was going through the proper channels on UberEats to get a refund for our order. The first person on the phone proceeded to blame the driver for the whole thing - "Well, did you check to see if your driver got all of it?" To which I replied, "First of all, we are not going to blame the driver for this. Second of all, packing the order and its accuracy is the responsibility of the store." He tells me that "Well, we had a busy night, everyone and their mother was in here." I told him that's not my problem and how does that explain why half of my food was missing and not correct at all. Then he condescendingly calls me 'sweetie' and hangs up on me. I tell my partner what happened and they picked up the phone to call the store again. Asks to speak to a manager immediately. My partner tells him how inappropriate calling me pet names is and how his behavior is unacceptable. This "manager" then proceeds to hang up on us again. If I could include the whole conversation, trust me, I would. My partner and myself both work in food service, and I am a manager at my restaurant, both of us with 10 years or more under our belts. We have been disrespected by plenty of folks and have had many, many 'bad' shifts at work - but none of that is an excuse to act the way this so called manager named Jeremiah did. We were both shaking by the end of this exchange and never once was there any kind of courtesy or apology for *their* mistake. We are on vacation, we aren't from the area, and we haven't been to a Wawa location before. We are going through the proper channels to get our money back and file a formal complaint and I have never left a review like this for anything prior to tonight. We will go on with our lives and it's not the end of the world, but the folks working the night shift at this location are flat out rude and they took zero responsibility for anything that occurred. It was upsetting enough to feel compelled enough to type out this review. Jeremiah, once again, I hope you have the day you deserve. What a total ass.
