“I really don't know why the bad reviews. This branch is practically new because it was BB&T at another location. I've been there with tellers and with officers/officials (I don't know how you call those whom are in their office) as well and the customer service has been excellent.

I understand sometimes there are issues, but it is technology's fault. For example: When Zelle decides to stop working, and when the third party once was taking the money that's been deposited through the ATM outside. Yeah, that was really messed up but is not the bank's fault so I'm not going to give them a bad review because of Zelle and their third party.”

“I had to drive a bit because this was the closest location to me. The entrance is inconvenient as this is a very busy area with lots of traffic. There's different entrances for the building and the drive through. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no wait as they have several lanes.”
