Do not open accounts in wells fargo. Worst bank ever. Your money is not safe. If you run a business is even worse go to another bank.

I went her to open up a bank account, I was told it was by appointment only. A bald headed guy with slight hair came and was talking to me a told me I could be added to the waiting list.There was a lady next to me Spanish, whom he started speaking with.When he started to speak with her, she said she had an appointment, he got her first and last name and proceeded to go and check, however, when he got back he proceeded to tell her that her appointment was down the street and not at that location.So I just sat as he thought I wasn’t understanding what he was saying and watched as he still helped her with her issue with no appointment.Which screams discrimination to the MAX!Because I am black and I felt that was the reason he assisted her because she was Spanish.Sad world we live in to be honest.

Its actually a Zero 0 Speak about being discreet when talking about a customer especially when the customer is in front of them and has been with the bank for many years Karen Garcia shame on you for not apologizing to the customer after they confronted you about it and to your teller freind for not being discreet and calling you the customer.being present Who does that she could have at least waited for the customer to leave to talk about them.You guys get an F today!!! Don’t come to this location you’ll regret it. Man, I am a member, and it still took 1/2 an hour to just cash a simple check!!! I couldn’t understand her at all!

Wells Fargo on Vine St in Kissimmee Florida. Worst branch ever. Extremely slow employees. No one ever picks up the phone. Commercial lane takes forever.

Not sure what kind of business the branch manager is running here but allowing their employees to close the bank early while leaving customers stranded seems like a common thing here. Second Saturday I come to this bank around 11:15am and the branch is closed. Website states open til 12:00. It’s also standard that banks open til noon or a little later on Saturday. Joke of a company.

Don’t enjoy being this vocal about poor management but this is one of the worst managed businesses I’ve encountered. Staff is overworked and struggling to keep up with the work overload. No appointments available for days to have a wire transfer done.

How can I give Wells Fargo a zero stars? This bank is been horrible in the last 10 years, the employees have no training, there is no customer service, my appointment was not in the system or remove because the person was not there but I still received the email to be there on time , I also lost money. Never again Wells Fargo is the worse bank don't message me or reply telling me you are sorry we're done with this bank I open new accounts with fairwinds credit union.

This review is a general review for WellsFargo, not the location. Let us take out what we want from the atm. It’s such a inconvenience when you have to take out more than what is needed. If I want to take out 5$ from my bank I SHOULD be able too. Thanks.

Horrible I have a account and needed to open another i called to make a appointment amd nothing i ended up goimg in person after waiting more then 30 min some one came and said sorry we can't help you we are to busy but will have someone call you tomorrow that was 2 weeks ago i needed to make a huge deposit im closing both accounts and going to fairwinds

There is no customer service at this branch at least inside the bank I have not used the drive thru, there is no “ hello or good morning “ from the person on the floor and they have this rude teller named Karen G she acts like is so much work to process a payment and when I told her I had another payment to make she rolled her eyes this is my third time coming in person and I had to dealt with that rude employee twice this is way my accounts are in another bank! Karen, learn some basic customer service skills you need them!! Next time I will make a formal complaint!

I went in to take out cash the other day and I didn’t know what I need to give the lady and she was so rude she called me a Karen cause I didn’t know like I’m not even white really unprofessional rude never going inside the place again this place need to really fire that lady to lack of unprofessionalism poor service
