Fatal experience. For commercial accounts they are terrible. They only let you use 5,000 per month for Zelle and Bank of America lets you use up to 15,000 daily. They want you to spend using their system to transfer money and it costs you 25.00 and up. They talk nice to you until they catch you and then they tell you that they can't help you do anything and to call the head office. So, what is the branch manager for, for decoration if he cannot make decisions. If you are sick in the head, like I was, open an account at this branch and live the nightmare, but if you are sane, open the account at another bank.

We really will never open a trading account again, ever. Everything is blah blah blah and they have no power over anything. For everything you have to call, including themselves, the central offices. The manager and the staff are like decorations and the central offices are responsible for everything. If you want to take the chance to open one, we live the bad experience.

They are crazy like I was, opening a business account. They limit you from using Zelle to pay for electronic transfers. Terrible customer service. I opened my account at Bank of America with no drama and easy to work with.

PLEASE READ ???‼️ never try to withdraw money in this location, apparently many people are being robbed when leaving this bank, today my father was robbed of his money leaving this bank, I have many reasons to think that some banker in this location is involved with These people who are robbing these people when leaving that location

I sat down in front of a banker who had no clue what he was doing. I tried to get a business loan and he ask for a social security number. He could not figure out where the problem was. Would not give me a bank manager. Would not listen to the customer. Completely disrespectful!

Cashiers do not listen to the customer, unprofessionalism to handle staff. Not to mention the little or no knowledge on financial matters. In the end the worst branch without talking about the bank. Keep going Wells Fargo your day it’s coming.

I stopped in after getting a promotion email about opening a checking account. I was in somewhat of a Rush. They don't do walk-ins and after trying to contact them many times No One answers the Phones!!! No Thank You. I'll take my Business and Money elsewhere. Unbelievable.
