Walked in today to finish opening my account from starting it online. No one greeted me and I was standing there for about 5 minutes before someone said something. I proceeded to tell her I am just trying to finish opening up my account from online which should be easy because I entered majority of the information already. She then told me “they are only taking appointments”. Likely seriously, that is ridiculous and it’s not hard to open an account. Any other bank I bank with would have taken me no problem! To only take appointments on Saturday is insane! What about the people that can’t make the bank during the week due to working huh? Wells Fargo needs to do better. That’s just pure laziness to me. Don’t open on Saturday if you’re going to turn people away for not having an appointment.

Terrible customer service, you make an appointment, you sit down to wait and the one who arrives is the one they serve. I don't understand, improve your service because people's time is respected, that's why we make an appointment.

I would like to relate a story of an event that took place earlier this morning at the Wells Fargo Bank in Poinciana. I am on vacation and wanted to "break" two one hundred dollar bills into smaller denominations.... 10s and 20s. I waited patiently in line with other customers, and when it was my turn, I approached the teller and handed her two $100 bills, and asked to break them into 10s and 20s. She asked me if I had an account with Wells Fargo, and I replied that I did not. Unbelievably, she told me that without an account at Wells Fargo Bank, she was unable to break these bills into smaller denominations! I replied WHAT! I never heard of such a thing. I was simply looking to change a large bill into smaller ones. She apologized and I had to leave. On the way out, I stopped and spoke with one of the managers, and related my story to him. He told me that banking regulations prohibited Wells Fargo from changing my bills because I did not have an account with them. He politely asked me if I had a credit card, to which I replied SURE, then he asked if it was a Wells Fargo card, to which I said no. Sorry, sir. We can't help you. So, dejected, I had to find another bank to change my 2 bills. I located a Bank of America not too far away and walked in. I noticed at least 10 customers waiting in line. The "greeter" asked my the nature of my business, and I explained my situation: I wanted to break two $100 bills into 10s and 20s. She took my 2 bills, said 'wait right here,' and in two minutes I had my 10s and 20s in a money envelope. She never asked me any questions; whether I was a customer or not, not my name, nothing. Just performed the simple task of changing my bills. I relate this story to advise that Henry Wells must be rolling in his grave. He would be appalled to know that his employees are citing federal regulations preventing them from making change. How ridiculous is that! They think the public is stupid. They should be ashamed of themselves, and definitely need retraining. Under the circumstances, I advised the employee that I would never become a Wells Fargo customer.

I don't recommend it. They only use your money to do big business. But it is very difficult for them to take you into account. when you need it

We have been to this branch several times this past year and have always been happy with the friendly employees and their excellent customer service. Today, we met with Miguel, and he patiently worked with us to provide what we needed. Thank you!

No customer service skills at all. Was denied service a half hour before they closed returned the next day at 2 pm. Appointments are no longer required but they want you to have one to open an account. They say it takes an hour to open a student bank account, I’ve opened bank accounts on a 30 minute lunch break. If there is a new system in place it needs to go back. Oh and almost forgot to mention there was literally NO ONE inside the branch but they were chit chatting in a corner. I absolutely called corporate.

I have to give an excellent review of this bank because of a professional named Jasmine! She is a true asset to the bank! She helped in all the areas I needed help with a smile! It was right after the hurricane and she was the highlight to my day!

A bank is excellent lately located with easy access, it has ample parking, now it has the number of tellers outside those 24-hour tellers, but inside the branch the service is very fast and excellent quality, people are extremely polite and smiling and treat you with greater respect, the agency is very well served with services and people I recommend this bank for anyone who wants to open a new account and for those looking for a financing or loan, the agency is very good.

My mom and I spent almost 2 hours, and the banker don't even bother to ask who came first. Also the couple who came after us didn't have the decency to let her know we were first. Worst customer service ever.

You’d think that the customer service at a place where you have your money would treat you with respect and with a sense of priority and courtesy per the company logo “ we have one very powerful business rule. It is concentrated in one word: courtesy- Henry Wells1864.. would actually mean anything.. this employee may be having a bad day or is tired of her job but that is not the customers fault. Kleibys continued to say smart a$$ comments and remarks whenever the clients are asking questions or letting her know they are next in line. You don’t have any privacy she is loud and everyone in that branch will know your business due to her speaking so loudly to the clients. Please do something about this employee.

Went to make a deposit at the ATM and neither of the 2 are accepting deposits at this time and it's a holiday weekend. They're always broken, so now I have to wait until Tuesday to make my deposit. I Guess I need to find another bank after 27 years.
