  Only one window for western union and people are doing cash advances and picking and sending money at the same window. I spoke to an associate name Lima who said everywhere u go there's only one window lol not true they are slow

  The staff could be friendlier, sometimes they take took long to tend to the customers and smiling every once in a while wouldn't hurt them but by Poinciana's Standards they are ok
