Went to look at bands, when asked for the material the older lady with white hair answered in a very condescending way that all their rings are white gold, I said I wasn’t aware, then when I was asking for the time frame to come and pick up the first young lady who was assisting us went to answer and the older lady spoke over her answering in a very rude way it was going to be ready by the 30th, even her co worker made a face to me noticing how rude the lady was. Not very friendly, should improve her customer service attention and way of answering questions in general, the young lady was extremely nice
