the female manager is rude and has people that don't know what they are doing trying to fix things then cover it up. we bought a chainsaw new that they tested for us and it was having issues. she refused to give us the new one off the wall then just walked away when asked questions. The rest of the people was nice and pleasant.

Great place to get something fast to fix the house or yard. There's a couple people in there that know there stuff and are always right on. Prices are good and saves you a trip to Ft. Myers if you can't find it in town. Cashiers are nice,friendly and very helpful.

do not go to this location for paint matching. I went in originally to get paint to cover a patch on a wall. they could not match the paint with their machine so they grabbed a color off the shelf that seemed clothes and corrected it at the store it seemed like it would be the right color but when I took it home it was a much lighter shade. this is the second bucket of paint that I had to purchase that was incorrect so I decided I would just paint the entire room that color. needed more so I went back figured it wouldn't be an issue for them to match the color that they created they again could not match the color so now I have to go to Home Depot and pray that they can match the color Ace hardware created so that I don't have to buy 10 more gallons of paint to repaint this room again all because of a 12 in x 12 in repair that needed painting. other than that the staff is friendly and it's an Ace hardware so they pretty much have what you need just stay away from the pain department
